"In accordance with the ICEP charter and in an effort to maintain order within the alliance of the International Consortium of Economic Powers, I announce the formation of the Grand Court. This court will act in the interests of the ICEP charter, and will mediate disputes between member nations that violate the charter, and is formed of course with the blessing of Cheif Executive Officer Edmund Dantes of Tersanctus.

The judges will be Khaled Sudani of Near Harad, Narotama Suharto of Nova Rhûn and Maraphis Shariati of Far Harad.

ALl three of these men I can vouch for personally as having an extensive knowledge of economics and the practices and policies thereof, and will act in the best interests of the ICEP to the best of their ability. They all have extensive experience in the Haradrim and Easterling District Courts, and will form the core of the ICEP Grand Court.

I will meet later with the other Board Members to appoint Court Prosecutors."

Why doesn't Melkor announce anything himself anymore? Why does he have to use this elf with no eye pupils? :D

[ooc: 1) because he's a 50+ foot golem, and he doesnt exactly fit on most transmission screens

2) the sight of his visage would drive many people insane, as it's horribly disfigured and marred, and generally terrifying.

3)Alkanphel, not Melkor, is the CHairman of the ICEP.

As CEO of ICEP and having personally chosen Lord Alkanphel for his expertise in the area of Economics, I laud and approve his decsion in this matter. Once the Board of Directors has finished being appointed, and by 75% vote pass the measure, the enactment will be official as is according to ICEP Charter.
