In response to Graildom's query, no the region is not just open to refugees, however, it is a haven for refugees, should your people need to come to our region then they are perfectly welcome and will reciev all the help they require to get back on their feet. If they have not been forced to run then they will automatically be asked to aid the other refugees in getting back on their feet, with arms, military and civil aid, that sort of thing.
