Santa Barbara

I'm using the funeral as an excuse to get a lot of diplomatic meetings going on, and inviting whoever wants to come. As you can see it hasn't started yet, and it may not if not many people are interested. Consider this an OOC signup sheet. You can send pretty much anyone within reason (a few journalists, dignitaries, ambassadors, sure. a company of marines, no.)
(For those who don't know, Bob Pratt, the ringleader of the dynastic Pratt triumverate which ruled Santa Barbara for sixty years, also founded the PrattCo Conglomerate out of his inherited PrattCo. His brother, Toby Pratt, and sister Suzy Jo both died under unusual circumstances-- as did he, being, apparently, killed by the Prime Minister of Montecito, Troy Pon. (It was actually a suicide, (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=112931) but this is not widely known.) Bob Pratt oversaw the transformation of the United Socialist States into a true corporate police state, and his legacy continues on (sorta) as the Corporate Federal Conglomerate. His brother, head of the military, brought our armed forces up from just "large and really good" to "huge and unparalleled," before he mysteriously died during an accident aboard the Impunitas battlecruiser (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=102787&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=20). Suzy Jo had been assassinated years earlier; still an unknown who did it.)
So who's coming to the funeral or am I just making another solo story thread (which I'm bleedin sick of!)?
