Hello.

As permahost of the Under 21 Championship, I thought I should explain the ranking system and generation formula we are using for this competition.

Ranking System - RPR3
Previously there was the WCR, World Cup Ranking System, it took into account your performance at the previous World Cup. This lasted from WC3 - WC10. When I created the WCR the World Cup was a different beast, there was a lot less RPing and a lot less nations. For WC11, when I rehosted the Cup, I created a new system based on the old called RPR, Role Play Ranking System. I never was a fan of the RP Bonuses, and seeing they indirectly affected your ranking I thought why not add the Bonus directly to your ranking, it would save a lot of time and effort. So I did and RPR was born. RPR2 was a few minor tweaks of RPR1, which could have been used for WC12, if the KPB system hadn't gained popularity. RPR3 was specially designed for the U21 Cup which is quite different from the Cup proper having only 32 teams and no qualifying.
RPR3: Rank = 150 - [Last 2 U21 Cup Points*2 + RP Bonus + WC Bonus]
RP Bonus: 0 for 0 RPs, 20 for 1 RP, 40 for 2 RPs.
WC Bonus: 0 for n00b, 20 for newish, 40 for WC vet.

Generation Formula - WCF3.1
Since WC3 the WCF, World Cup Formula has been around in one shape or another, continually evolving. First I purposed to use WCF1.0 for WC3, but later disregarded the formula and came up with WCF2.0, this was used for WC3. WC4 and WC5 used the original WCF1.0, I'm not exactly sure why, but they did. WC6 moved n00b ranks from 50 to 100 and so employed a slight change to the formula I call WCF1.1. WC7 tried a completely new system that made the top seeds immortal. I don't think anyone is sure about WC8, 9 and 10. WC11 used WCF3.0 and WCF3.1. Lemmy spotted a mistake in WCF3.0 that left the top teams immortal and so I quickly changed to WCF3.1. So far all that needs changing in 3.1 is the Home Advantage, which isn't used in U21 anyway.

I dont expect to win the tournament, neither do i expect to win from the top teams. But being last with a couple of losses aint exactly fun.

Well, lets hope i do stand a chance to show myself in a positive way.

What program/software do you use to generate results?

The Department of Sports has received an invitation and has sent application forms to all Dennisov's schools and educational facilities. The absence of a domestic football league does not however halt her participation in what we feel is a great posibility to meet new cultures and different people at a young age.

As Dennisov has won its one and only Worldcup with defensive football, the preferred formation is the 5-4-1 and the players to play for the Dennisov U-21 team will be selected accordingly. Whether this will immediately reflect in the games played or those in the near future is no concern right now. However Dennisov and Dennisov U-21 will both be playing with a strong and able defense, waiting to capitalise on the mistakes other teams will surely make.

We hope to hear if this reply has been received on time.

Put the Pandas in there. Since the majority of the senior squad is under 21 anyway, it'll just be that team, with a couple of changes.
