IC: By the order of Queen Elain Heledd Meinwen I of Yolande, and President Melvin Deforrest Colten of Roselle, it has been decided that our nations will both be forming Militaries. As of now there exists within the Allied States of Yolande-Roselle the Yolandean Royal Marine Corps(YRMC). Roselle has now officially formed the Rosellean Army Corps Organization(RACO). So far, neither organization has officially formed any units, they exist in name only. Each is setting up an academy to train it's Officer Corps, however, and they are supposed to be at Minimum Battle Strength in 5 years.

After the best training we could manage, most of it based on knowledge we gained from detailed books, the Rosellean Army Corps Organization now has some personell. Here is a picutre of their first 32 Officers:

The man fourth from the right in the front row, between the two men wearing red sashes is General Wendell Kole, the first Commanding General of the RACO. The man in the red sash who is holding a cane is Lieutenant General Alison Urbain, his Second-in-Command. The other man with a red sash is Lieutenant General Matija Shaun, his Chief of Intelligence. The other Officers are not listed here.
