my new state is young and fragile. I kindly ask thee to advice me on matters of state. Any help or tips thou givest are vere welcome and appreciated.

Gemraven is also a young NationState. The best advice I can give is choose your region wisely. You must decide whether you want to be part of a large region where your voice can barely be heard of the din but where little is required of you, or if you would rather go somewhere smaller where you voice can be heard and you can help it to grow and prosper. I found it interesting to be around elder nationstates for a short time to hear their tales, but I very quickly decided that it was best for Gemraven to flourish in a smaller place.
