"Warchief Deathjaw, please explain these."

The smartly dressed lawyer tossed a file of photographs down in front of the huge man sat in the Defendant's bench. The man skimmed through the contents quickly, before dropping the file back on the table in front of him.

"My DNA, by the looks of it."

The lawyer smiled in a shark-like way. "Wrong, these are samples taken from the massacre at Yassim. This DNA," He turned to the jury, "Is that of the Demon we know as 'Nez'gah'." A shocked mutter passed through the court. "Now, Warchief Deathjaw, why could you not tell the difference between this DNA and your own?"

"It looks the same. These bits," He said, pointing to part of the photo, "I'm sure are in my DNA."

"Warchief Deathjaw, you have maintained for several years now that you are entirely human... but you share DNA with an immensely powerful demon? Now, this is a picture of normal DNA." He held up the picture, before passing it to the judge, who in turn passed it to the jury.

"As you can see, the two are very, very different indeed. I put it to you, Warchief Deathjaw, that you are not human in the least. You are, in fact, a demon." A huge wave of horror passed through the courtroom, followed by muttering.

--1 day later--

"We, the jury, find the defendant, Warchief Grimzag Deathjaw, unsafe for contact with humans. It is the opinion of the entire jury that he be sentenced to death."

Anger passed over the huge man's face.

"You are a disgrace to our nation, Warchief Deathjaw. In light of this recent evidence, I am left no choice but to sentence you to death at dawn, tomorrow." The hammer came down, and struck loudly.

--Present day--

Where was he? Why was he here?

These questions kept repeating themselves in Grimzag's head, as he looked around him. He was in some sort of green goop, with dozens of wires attached to him.

He heard a voice saying, "...you have no idea how much power you have locked inside you, do you? If I can get it out, the others will be perfect subjects for the enhancements you have... and so will I..."

OOC: Basically, my character and a few others (Depends who joins) have been kidnapped by some evil genius who wants the power Grimzag has inside him. If you want to join in, you can either be one of the other captives (Who may also have unknown power) or (And I've always wanted to have this...) a normal security officer inside this facility. Happy RPing!

OCC: Oooh, cool unknown power, just like X-Men!
IC:
As Grimzag looked around, he spotted another pod, right next to his. This one was closed, but then a hand sprouted from the goo, then an arm. Soon, another being was in the room.
Then the voice said, 'ah, I am glad you can join us, Kenshi. You must hear what I have to say as well, for it is just important for you to. For you should know already, that neither of you are human.'

Grimzag must've passed out. One minute he was trying to get a rough idea of where he was, the next minute, everything was different! The scientists were no longer there, the clock had moved forward 3 hours...

He tried to think back... why was he here? The last thing he could remember was his trial... the trial. The humiliation. The disgrace. Why? Because he was better than them?

He felt the rage slowly build up inside of him. The thought of that smug lawyer...

He clenched his fist tightly, until his knuckles glowed white. He pulled back his arm, before ramming it into the container like a jackhammer. A huge crack appeared in the glass. Alarms went off around him, red lights flashed on and off... He punched again, and the glass gave way. He fell out onto the floor and pulled the wires out of him. He looked up and saw the head scientist at the observation bay shouting, "YOU'RE A DEAD MAN! GUARDS! KILL HIM!"

Arthur was in his car. He had followed Deathjaw to, wherever they took him. He just had his car in the front of the building, waiting for Deathjaw to attempt to escape, then he would pick him up, and help him.

Grimzag smashed everything he could lay his hands on. Tables, chairs, fancy-looking equipment... the lot. After destroying the contents of the room, he looked for a way out. On the wall, he spied a red button with Release Switch above it. He ran to it and punched it, and the alarms got louder...

OOC: Major opening for anyone who wants to join...

OCC: This guy is not the main bad guy, he is just a mini bad-guy that can be killed off later on. He still looks up to the main bad guy who's voice was heard earlier, and he just controls the henchmen, he is not VERY important. (Don't kill him soon by the way)

Then the Head of Security burst throgh the door with henchmen behind him. 'You! How did you escape from there. And you! He ripped a pistol from his pocket and shot Kenshi through the head. (There's no point to his character in this RP.) 'Now, Grimzag, I am not a bad man. I just care for your safety, and you are not safe outside your pod. My name is General Sillivan, and I am here to see for your safety. I don't think you realise how important you are to us. And we can't have you getting hurt now, can we? SEIZE HIM!

Grimzag was confused. And, like always, when he got confused, he got violently angry. And this, of course, often led to spectacular carnage.

The first guard that flew at him got a solid punch in the face. Normally, this would simply knock you out, but Grimzag was holding his body steady when he punched him in the face, resulting in the head being whipped back and snapping the neck.

Following this, Grimzag picked up a piece of broken chair and held it like a club. Two goombahs charged him. One got repeatedly beaten around the head by the makeshift club, the other was choked by it when Grimzag knocked him to the ground and pressed it into his throat.

((OOC: If you don't mind too much, I'm going to be doing something a bit different. See, I have this character that basically roves the world looking for the latest and greatest tech, and this project sounds like it would have something to offer him.))
His signature tattered cloak fluttering in the wind, Rai slowly approached the labratory complex. Staring at the cold walls of the lab reminded him that he was but another product of science gone arwy, and that his new goal in life was to profit from when science goes wrong. According to his CO, strange biological experiments were happening within this lab, and he was to aquire the data so he could further modify himself and so that his CO's little organization could profit off of knowledge of this tech.

Rai turned on his adaptive camaphlauge and ripped off the cloak, making it appear as if he was but a mere phantom. Invisible to the naked eye, he walked up to the front doors of the lab.

Grimzag ran down the corridors, looking for an exit or something to kill. The klaxons wailing was loud in his ears, and everywhere he looked, he saw red.

Suddenly, a door a ways down the corridor in front of Grimzag shattered. A tall, slender man staggered through the opening, then paused, leaning against the wall and breathing heavily. Seeing Grimzag, he called out "I'm guessing you're another escapee?"

Rai pressed his palm against the glass paneling on the door, and slowly the glass began to decompose. Not melt, for that would attract too much attention, but be destroyed piece by individual piece. When the glass paneling gone, Rai squeezed through the narrow opening and into the lab. Before taking a single step inside the narrow corridors, the soles of his feet emitted a foam which covered the base of his feet, allowing him to walk freely without the typical metal clang that a robot's feet make on a hard surface. Just when he thought he was clear of surveilance, he noticed the klaxons go off. Resetting himself into high alert, Rai pressed himself up against the wall and tried to sink into it as much as possible. Very stealthily he snuck around the corner, and spied several guards and a metal detector blocking the road ahead of him. The guards all had their weapons drawn, and were facing the opposite direction so as to block the escape of something from the labs, not to prevent the entrance to them. Rai realized that something bad must have happened in the labs, and that he should use it to his advantage. So, without a second thought, he walked forward and went through the metal detector, causing it to go off and catching the attention of the guards. He continued to walk forward, as the guards rushed up to the thing.

((OOC: I tried not to RP the guards too much, so now you can take them over. Remember that Rai is still invisible, though, when you RP the guards))
24-03-2004, 06:08
Without warning, a guard's body crashes through the wall and smacks against the opposite wall. His eyes are gouged out, his jaw is gone, and several sharp objects are rammed through his stomach. A masculine voice like a funeral dirge can be heard from the other side of the hole.

"hhhreh. idiot."

A dark form, presumably the source of the voice, emerges from the hole. He is a scarecrow-thin being wrapped in a black cloak. His face is covered by a satyr mask, only his peircing blue eyes visible. The mask is formed into an eternal cruel smile, somewhat fitting for his previous action. As he enters the room, he looks around for threats.

"hhhh. ffff***ing rats. worthless. hhh. humans."

He walks with a stiff gait to Grimzag.

"brother. have they. hhh. captured you, too?"

((OOC: My character uses "brother" meaning "fellow demon." His picture is in my flag. Also, the original idea belongs to Spookshow of xForums.net))

OOC: An open RP? I'll bite.

Joanna did not know what had happened to her, her last memories had been the training facilities in Ft. Carter, Clearwater. Now she was in a room with white walls, and in some green gloop. Gently at first she tried to get out of it, but it held fast. She did not know what was going on, but she did know this. Someone was going to pay.

Suddenly the room's lighting went red, and she could hear load warning klaxons blaring out side the door. The next thing she relized the gloop was sliding off her, and she was free. Brushing some of it out of her long blond hair, she could not help but think of rasberry vinigerette. Only this stuff is green. She reminded herself.

Walking over to the door she was suprised to discover it unlocked. Opening it slowly she peaked out, and saw nothing but total disorder. Gaurds were running in both directions with no aparent command. One gaurd made the mistake of noticeing her. "You back in yo..." Her combat training for the Imperial Marines kicked in, and the gaurd was out. Although she was careful not to kill the man, she did slid him into her old cell.

After this was done she began her trek down the caridors to try to find out what was going on, and to see how any of this could happen in the Empire.

Grimzag nodded to the two others. One looked like he had busted out in the same way as Grimzag, so he instantly got his trust. The other called him brother, which was weird, but he decided to let it lie for now.

"Lads, we've got to get out of here. But I want to kill every single man who brought me in here, and find out what the hell they've been doing to me. So let's..." He saw a blonde woman heading towards him, who looked like she also had broken out, "..go. HEY! YOU! COME OVER HERE!" He shouted to her, waving his hand.

A lone man sat upon a large mountain, overlooking the complex with the blazing alarms and flashing lights. Shoulder length, jet black hair flowed around his head. Skin pale as milk and unnatrually smooth, this man was tall, dark and muscular. The most disturbing thing about him was his lack of flaw. He was disturbingly perfect, this trait tended to scare some people. That and the feeling people got when they drew near him.

Nez'gah smiled to himself. He quite liked his human form. His will extended into the complex, Nez'gah observed as Grimzag and crew began their escape from the strange building.

Watching confused as the guards stood motionless, Rai decided to continue through the gate and investigate the source of all this commotion. "THE BEHAVIOR OF THESE HUMAN GUARDS IS MOST ILLOGICAL..." is the message that went through his robot brain as he left the frozen guards behind. Detecting immense vibrations and strange energy patterns from somewhere above him, Rai realized that either the location of the technology he was seaking was above him, or it was whatever was causing the sirens. Rai shrugged his metal and diamond shoulders and activated the boosters in his legs, shooting up through the cealing over his head and crashing through floor after floor until he reached the level that this disturbance was on. There he stopped with a jerk, an immense dust cloud obscuring his Lidar sensors. He then switched to thermals, and saw two incredible beasts in front of him, the like of which he had never seen, nor never wished to see again.

((OOC: In case you're wondering, he ran into the demons. They may be able to see him or they may not, but the only thing that's for certain is that they noticed the giant dust cloud Rai made by bursting through the floor))

"Destroy our would be captors, find out who they are and what they were doing, and then leave this place for the vultures... I like this plan."

"Right... let's get started then." Said Grimzag, as he walked towards a wall. He lashed out with his foot, causing the wall to cave in. Just as the thought, the concrete had steel bars running through it. Perfect.

He pulled out a number of the bars, each one massive in size, and threw them down in front of his new "Colleagues". He took one for himself and muttered, "Some heavy-duty persuaders..." Before walking towards where he heard footsteps.

Nez'gah grinned, flashing his perfectly placed teeth.

It seems the human's encounter with the demon blade has changed him. Interesting. Perhaps he will be of interest after all.

The demon lord uncloaked his demonic presence, sending a shockwave through anyone that was sensitive to the supernatural. His presence would be felt.

"HEY! YOU! COME OVER HERE!" Thinking it was another gaurd she looked in the direction of the voice ready to strike. Then noticed that it looked to be fellow prisoners. He crushes the bar in one hand.

He speaks his name. It sounds like a few notes of a funeral dirge played by wind over dead leaves.

"you can call me. hhh. the puppetmaker."

As the SWAT team enters the room, the Puppetmaker's head snaps to face them. He springs toward them with inhuman speed and strikes with his clawed gloves (or hands?).

"try not to damage the bodies. hhhh. much."

A cloud of rubble rose into the air and swirled about the attacking guards, slashing at faces and banging into guns to interfere with their aim.

Grimzag let out a roar of bloodlust as he threw himself at the SWAT team. While everyone else fighting seemed to be using something along the lines of finesse, Grimzag was using his usual methods; fast, brutal and effective.

He picked up SWATs and threw them into walls, he bashed their skulls into a oddly coloured mush, and even nailed one man to the roof by ramming his 'persuader' through his stomach into the ceiling.

Nez'gah grinnned as he observed the violence Grimzag and his companions were unleashing upon the SWAT and guards. He was still the same. Stubourn, wreckless, tempermental and violent. Perfect for a demon. It was time to join in the fun. Rising to his feet, Nez'gah made his way down the mountain in what appeared to be no more than five steps. Within those steps, he had somehow reached the complex.

Not even stopping for the steel wall in front of him, Nez'gah merely placed a hand upon his barrier and walked through the now open space. His presence would be felt, especially when he got started.

Kyar reached the SWAT team, and went into a blur of motion. His glowing spear point was immediately quenched in the blood of the first enemy to come within his reach, and he then proceeded to carve a path through the team with a series of swift jabs and slashes. Those who approached from his seemingly weaker side got cracked skulls or crushed throats from the dull end of the rough spear; many foes got their throats torn out, their skulls crushed, or their backs broken, without even coming within reach of the darting spear...
A neutral observer might have noticed that Kyar's eyes glowed red, when one didn't look directly at him.

Several guards noticed a stone white man walking through the chaos, dressed in a complete black to match his hair and eyes.

"Hey! You're not meant to be in here!"

Nez'gah ignored the shout as the man fell to the ground, withering in pain as his intestines left his body and began to strangle him. A smile crossed the demon lord's face. He still enjoyed coming up with creative ways to instigate death.

Two guards stepped in front of him and unleashed several rounds from their weapons. The bullets stopped in midair and began to glow a bright orange. They heated up to the point where the bullets were now super heated liquid, being held in midair by the strange black clad man.

Frozen in shock, the men could do nothing as the molten lead came rushing back toward them, flowing into the mouths and down their eusophigai. Another smile as the men fell to the ground, gargling on their molten bullets.

Nez'gah continued slowly heading towards Grimzag, his presence growing stronger.

Meanwhile, somewhere far away...
Kazar-Tiyon paused, seeming to sniff at the air.
Nez'gah is on the surface, and not seeking to hide his identity... the black-armored sorceror thought. There's bound to be something interesting going on!
Shifting into his traveling form, K-T jumped onto a disc of shadow and soared off, in the direction of the demonic presence that felt so familiar...
OOC: Dregruk, do you want him to arrive while this is still going, or only get their in time to discover the wreckage?

OOC: KT, why not join in the carnage? It'll be a bit like a reunion between our characters... what with Nez'gah already being here...

The Puppetmaker slays SWAT members one after another, exerting what appears to be little effort. No blows or bullets land on him, despite the fact that he moves in a puppet-like fashion. Every person he kills is left with a relatively undamaged body. The Puppetmaker seems almost... bored. When Nez'gah enters the fray, he is given a good, long look. Surprisingly enough, this does not reduce the effectiveness of the Puppetmaker's mechanical combat.

"so. hhhh. you arrive. impressive. are you of nod?"

Kazar-Tiyon shifted back to his usual form as he landed, the shadow disc vanishing around him. He followed Nez'gah's path (no difficult task, since the power (and flair for inventive and gruesome death) of the Demon Lord left a distinctive trail) until reaching the battle, then paused for a moment to survey the carnage.
Cords of solidified shadow lashed about ten of the guards, binding them thoroughly and fastening them to the nearest wall... and then K-T joined the slaughter. He carried Shadowfang in his right hand and a sphere of black fire in his left, and moved with the grace of someone who had been fighting for several thousand years. The dark sword sizzled constantly, finding a new target before it finished cleaning the blood from its blade; whenever someone raised a gun, or came at Kazar from the left, he struck with darts of black flame... interfering with the target's muscle control, and causing a slow, painful death that left absolutely no mark.
With Grimzag Deathjaw and the Demon Lord Nez'gah fighting the same enemy, Kazar-Tiyon had no question whatsoever of which side to join....

Nez'gah smiled, the light given off by the flame reflecting off his teeth. KT was here. It seems this had turned into a reunion. The demon lord eyed Grimzag, watching as he noticed KT and the sword, a look of recognition spreading across his face.

Two guards stepped infront of Nez'gah, both bearing combat knives pointed towards Nez'gah. He sighed, the humans had no idea what they had just done. The demon lord placed one hand upon the arm of his closest attacker. Before he could react, he no longer existed as a human, only as a smoldering heap of carbon.

The other guard stood in mute disbelief as his companion disappeared. Nez'gah turned to him. "You shall die now." The guard couldn't believe it as he saw the knife in his very hand arc towards him and plunge into his exposed throat, his hand twisting and pulling, causing more damage.

Deep in the fair forests of Carad-Fir, a great disturbance was felt. Azzun, a member of the White Council, suddenly felt a chill run through his bones. The sheer depth of the coldness shocked him and instilled fear within him. Suddenly he began to return to himself.. he had felt that cold before..

Looking up as though he had suddenly been hit in the head by a rock, he muttered one word, in the lowest voice possible.. "Nez'gah.."

Running softly across the immaculate, green grass of Carad-Fir, Azzun, having only recently finished his training as a White Sorcerer, had only ever encountered the demon Nez'rag once.. during the destruction of his village, which he once called home. The fear and despair that had plagued him since that day had never quite gone away, it was always there, always in his mind. Now the images of death and blood came back into his head, like flashes of lightning, only to disappear in an instant.

He came to the White Halls within minutes, puffing with exhaustion after running the distance at thrice the speed of his normal pace. Darting through the gracefull Halls, he followed the quickest route to the White Chamber, where the High Council met and discussed. He was sure that they had felt the demon's presence aswell.. the death.. the darkness.. the evil. But what was to be done? The dwindling numbers of the White Council had been too often stretched to it's limit, having only around 50 active members within it's power. Others had laid passive, inactive, letting time take it's toll on them. Others had been slain by demons on their various missions.

The once omnipotent Council had lost much of it's previous power, currently needing a revamp in it's recruitment policies. They had long decided to stay closed to those outside, having become old and untrusting of Men, sick of their treachery and deceit. They were, however, the one last defence against the evil that was demons, Men being too weak to cause but an annoyance to the darkness that was.

And with that final thought, Azzun broke through the doors to find the 7 High Sorcerers sitting on their chairs, seated around the Table of the Halls, deep in thought and worry. The Supreme Sorcerer, most powerful of the Seven, Mincanus, looked up at Azzun and smiled. "Welcome, Azzun, I've been expecting you.."
Kazar-Tiyon
29-03-2004, 09:06
"Why am I here? You'll have to ask him." Kazar-Tiyon pointed at Nez'gah. "He's the one I followed... I didn't even know you were here until I saw you.
I doubt, however, that you'd find me any easier to defeat than last time..."

29-03-2004, 09:34
As Azzun was welcomed into the Chamber, he overheard the Council discussing what was to be done, and how soon it needed to be done about Nez'rag. He sat down at the Table, as the entire room seemed to turn their attention to him. One of the Council looked at him inquisitively and said, "You are Azzun, correct? Of Mel-Ak? Son of Ammut?"

The names of his village and his father made him flinch. "Yes, I am whom you speak of, but of what importance am I?" he asked, somewhat unsure of the Sorcerer's question.
"The day that your village was attacked, you faced Nez'gah, did you not? And although he had laid waste to all of your village and slain all of it's peoples, he did not harm you? Nor attempt to slay you?" the Sorcerer said, the straight-to-the-point nature of his speech took Azzun by surprise as his horrible ordeal was becoming more present in his mind.
"No, he didn't. He stared at me. For minutes. For hours. Time could not be measured in his glare, as darkness ate away at my mind, at my soul. I have never felt such fear or despair," Azzun replied, hesitantly yet extremely open after he had kept it bottled up for so long.
"Your powers.. they have now become of a very high standard, no? Apparently, you are ready to face a demon? By yourself?" the Sorcerer pressed, clearly trying to get to a conclusion.
"Yes," Azzun said boldly, as though he no longer felt fear, "and the blood that courses through my veins is ever lusting for revenge, to take the life of a demon.."
With that, Mincanus stood up. "Enough. Azzun, with your consent, we have decided that you are most fit to address the uprising of evil that we have all felt. Are you okay with this? Lithiel, our most revered winged-beast, shall fly you with haste to the site of this uprising. You must not allow this evil to escape! Too much is at stake!" he explained in an urgent voice, with a worry in his eyes that Azzun had never seen before.
Remembering his father, and the cold, piercing glare of Nez'gah, he nodded. "I will undertake this quest. I am ready."

With that, the Council ushered him to the Fields of Carad-Fir, where all the steeds and beasts of the White Council frolicked peacefully. Ithiel, the fairest of all creatures he had ever seen, was waiting for him. A pure, white eagle, tall as a man, as beautiful as the setting sun, he was perhaps more beautiful than anything Azzun had seen. "Ithiel, fly to the darkness, make haste!" Mincanus whispered to the bird, and Azzun climbed onto it's back and it flew swiftly into the sky, and through the clouds, quicker than the wind.

Anyway, I think some introductions are probably in order. I mean, I don't have a clue who the hell most of you are except..." He looked at Kazar again, "...no, I don't remember your name either."

He turned to everyone present. "My name is Warchief..." He corrected himself, "ex-Warchief Grimzag Deathjaw of the Dregruk Armed Forces. Why I'm here, I have no clue."

The commotion outside of his quarters roused Marcus Slade from his book. He'd been hired to keep order in this technological shit-hole, but self-preservation came first. If a guard, prisoner, whatever, crossed his path on his way out, he'd kill them. Plain and simple.

With something of a scowl on his rugged features, he shut the book with a sharp pop. Slade pulled the Smith and Wesson 586 from its shoulder holster, opening the oversized seven round chamber to inspect the bullets within. The ass-ends of seven 230-grain, .357 magnum hollow point rounds stared back at him, like featureless faces of death.

Marcus rotated his wrist, and the chamber clicked shut. Slade stood up from his chair, swinging his booted feet down from the desk he'd had them propped up on. Marcus wasn't unusual by most standards, he was a mixed heritage individual, weighing a muscular 190 lbs, standing at 6'0" tall. The comforting weight of his revolver pressed against his ribs as he shrugged into the black vest he always wore, linded with Kevlar. The vest was open, so it didn't really do much for protection.

Again, the large revolver came out of its holster, heavy in Marcus' hand with the additional weight of the 3 inch bull-barrel he'd installed. A set of six speed loaders sat on his belt, three loaded with .357 rounds, the rest packing .38 Specials. His choice of footwear, a pair of Magnum-brand duty boots, allowed for semi-silent movement across hard surfaces. Slade moved with the gait of a street-fighter, cautious & deadly. His face was that of a man with nothing to lose, and even less to live for.

He was a mercenary, money was all that mattered to him nowadays. He'd collect his fee before he left, or he'd equal it in blood. No one f**ked him over...

Within what seemed like seconds, Ithiel had landed gently on the mountain slopes near the complex. Azzun, bidding farewell to the bird, leapt off it's back, holding his white staff, and began leaping down the sides of the mountain, all but a blur in the midst of the enormous trees that covered the mountainside. Time, of all things, was certainly not on his side.

Emerging from the trees, with the wind rushing behind him, Azzun only then was able to see the full scale of the damage done to the complex. Sirens, lights, alarms, dead bodies, walls broken down. 'Nez'gah has been busy,' he muttered in a low voice. Holding his staff firmly in his left hand, Azzun bolted accross the ground at breakneck speed, only to slow down as he approach the wall and flip over the high wall in a single, fluid motion.

Already Nez'gah's presence could be felt getting stronger...

Slade landed a kunckle-strike in the throat of a guard after the ignorant bastard told him to report to a supervisor. Slade wanted his money for his wasted time. As the man lay gasping on the floor, Marcus stomped on the back of his neck, twisting his booted foot as the man's neck made contact with the floor.

'Punk-ass bitch...'

He'd report to the supervisor, only to collect his fee. If he didn't pay up, Slade would paint the walls of his office with the poor bastard's entrails...

Landing softly on the ground, Azzun stood up and immediately began running into the complex. Running through the dead corridors of the complex, he had stumbled across many injured guards. Taking some time to help them, he bent down on one knee and chanted an incantation that would heal their mortal wounds, over time. But Nez'gah's wounds.. never healed.

After finishing healing the wounded, Azzun sprinted through the hallways, seeking a trail of fear and evil, certain it would lead to the demon Nez'gah. Just as he had picked up a fresher scent, he heard a beastly roar followed by screams.. screams of men. He rushed to the room to find an unusually large demon towering over 3 guards, who had abandoned their weapons in utter fear. Raising his staff high above his head, he uttered a short spell, then cast a trail of white light from it's tip into the back of the demon.

The light, pure and beautiful, wrapped itself around the demon slowly until it's entire body was covered. Unable to move once the spell had been uttered, the demon had simply stood completely still as it was consumed by the white light. Seconds later, the light subsided and the demon was now covered in a white skin, rather than the hideous hide it had before. Little did the guards know, Azzun had just saved them from the painful, slow death that would have been thrust upon them by the demon. Now, the demon in it's new skin, had only good intentions, and was now the puppet of Azzun.

"Protect these men, and gather all others that you can find. I will be back soon. But make haste!" Azzun said. Instantly obeying the order, the demon ran out the door with the 3 guards, still in shock, trying hard to keep up with it. One down... Azzun thought to himself.

((Yeesh. As soon as I leave this thread alone for a day, it revives.))

The Puppetmaker seems quite apathetic as to the happenings between the other demons, and instead glares at all of them.

"you. hhhhh. wasted flesh."

He begins to gather the remains of the SWAT team into a pile. He salvages bars and sheet metal to make a crude stool, then sits down in front of the pile. From the folds of his cloak he retrieves what appears to be a sewing kit, then begins work on patching up the bodies. Into the man-husks he sews handfuls of needle-like worms that he gathers from who-knows-where. After each corpse is patched and full, it walks with the same eerie puppet-gait to pick up a dropped weapon, then stands in a line against a wall. After there are no more parts with which to make puppets, the Puppetmaker stands and walks out of the room. The puppets follow him.

((And now you see why he is the Puppetmaker.))

OOC: Where do I begin..... First of all, Nez'gah killed all those guards before that you supposedly healed. He is also in a human form and cannot be recognised as a demon so easily. He had finished attacking guards and was merely standing there. Also, he would not stand still without reacting to this attack. Nez'gah is a demon lord, which makes him far stronger than any ordinary demon. And I don't appreciate someone just making up some history of my character. Grimzag and KT both have history with Nez'gah, it was actually RP'd. I suggest you redo your post as I'm forced to not acknowledge it.

The loud boom of a .357 magnum echoed through the metallic halls of the complex...

Marcus Slade stood across from a near-headless guard supervisor, a hole in his forehead & most of the back of his skull missing.

'Rest in pieces ya dumb-f**k...'

With a mix of anger & slight disappointment, Marcus tore apart the office, finally coming across a safe mounted in a wall behind some file cabinets. With a sharp kick, the heel of his boot snapped the combination lock off of the metal door, plastic splinters littering the floor. The safe came open, containing a stack of currency. Slade stuffed most of it into the cargo pockets on his pants, stopping to load a .357 round from his shoulder holster into his weapon. The speed-loaders where for combat only, the spare rounds where for hits & dumb-f**ks. Satisfied that he'd gotten what he came for, Slade left the office...
