OOC: Umm...if your nation is a resurectee, it is considered a new nation. Especially since technically you died. Your population is reset, too. So you really cannot have nukes.

Also, (still OOC) here's an example. If Yugoslavia or something came back, would it still have the same army? Nope. Because it was dead and resurected.

Doesn't work that way. The population is not reset when a nation is ressurrected, only its date (for some reason). Hence, Cromagnonia has the same army and same tech it had when it was deleted. Including nuclear weapons. The deletion was due to inability to log in for awhile, it was not a deliberate deletion, hence Cromagnonia was never killed off, particularly when Cromag. never participated in any wars.
And as I have read from other threads, I decide what happens in this one.

We have no navy cause we are landlocked.
Of course you can use your navy, but I don't see how it will play in this conflict.
I am currently looking my national military stats.
But I have sent, 500 M109A6 Paladin self propelled howitzers
1000 challenger battle tanks
1000 T98 battletanks
and 177 Hind MI24 attack choppers to invade Neandertalia.
These are the forces being deployed to Neandertalia for the invasion.
The numbers for the home defense army is much bigger I just have to relocate it. (Too lazy to just make them up all over again. )

500 F22's
1000 F16's
200 F117 stealth fighters
700 Eurofighter 2000's
and 1500 Mig 39 take to the skies to combat the incoming enemy F35B's
and F16's.
20 SU 74's began preparations to bomb approaching enemy troops. (the rest are being held in reserve. )

The 400,000 troops remaining in Cromagnonia for purposes of national defense are being placed on alert and are now taking up defensive positions.
The Cromagnonian govt. invokes article 25 of the IFDO charter, requiring all alliance members to send troops to defend Cromagnonia from attack.

Back to battle: My planes are bombarding his cities. I am attacking them to teach him a lesson about attacking civilians. My ground forces are moving fast. TLAMs are wrecking his defense positions, cities, and government buildings.

DEF-CON1 is called Snapcount. It means that I am prepared to launch, but are not launching yet. The threat of a launch is high enough to warrant DEF-CON 1.

I launched 1,800 SM-3-ER missiles. I have many more available. The TLAMs have been launched at military bases, defense positions, population centers, and government offices. National landmarks have been hit. 2,500 TLAMs have been launched. My ships are taking reloads from resupply ships. MOre are coming

In Cromagnonia, you serve until we done with you. There is no "retirement". Those who are too old to fight are executed.

My 500 F-22 air superiority fighters are flying in to take out survivors from the AEGIS launch. They will each launch 2 AIM54C-Phoenix missiles at 75 miles, 2 Sparrows at 45 miles, and use AAMRAMs and Sidewinders at closer ranges.

Cromagnonia is withdrawing all forces from Neanderalia due to overwhelming opposition from the international community.
We will instead use terrorists to attack his govt.
Cromagnonia is calling for a truce with all opposing nations.
