Join the Hierarchy, be a Battle Thrall today!

Yes, you heard us right! This alliance is the very last alliance all sentient creatures in the known Universe will ever need!

NO MORE WARS! NO MORE FAMINE! NO MORE SUFFERING!

That is our only true objective!

All you have to do is to give up your rights as a sovereing nation and join the Hierarchy as either a Battle Thrall or a Fallow Slave! It is as easy as it sounds!

The rules of the Alliance are as follows:

Article I:

You cannot leave the Alliance under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you do, you will be severely punished.

Article II:

Only the Ur-Quan judicial system is allowed within member states. All other systems are prohibited, and usage of those are considered high treason. Such an act will mean your immediate termination by other Battle Thralls.

Article III:

Your civilization will be, always, under Ur-Quan supervision. Any acts that the Ur-Quan themselves consider treasonous or illegal are of course prohibited. See Article II for details what happens if you break this Article.

Article IV:

You are not to, under any circumstances, to attack a fellow Battle Thrall or Fallow Slave who is abiding by Ur-Quan laws. Any such acts of aggression will be dealt with as said in Article II. Also, internal civil wars are prohibited.

Article V:

Anyone who is NOT a Battle Thrall or a Fallow Slave is fair game, until they surrender and become a Battle Thrall or a Fallow Slave or are exterminated.

Article VI:

If you have any opinions about the Articles, keep them to yourself. Questioning any of them will be considered a treasonous act, and will be dealt with as said in Article II.

Article VII:

Trade and/or diplomacy between Battle Thralls and/or Fallow Slaves is strictly prohibited, and nations who break this rule will be dealt with as said in Article II. Also, such acts with outside powers are prohibited as well. Mere communication is not prohibited, but the Ur-Quan will be the judges of what is communication and what is diplomacy.

Article VIII:

Knowledge of possible acts of treason and other unlawful acts must be given to proper Ur-Quan authorities. Failure to do so might spell doom to your existence, as well as that of your species.

Article IX:

No other nation can claim leadership of the Hierarchy but the one who is already leading it, and that is the Rogue Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah. Other Ur-Quan nations will be considered as friends, but will not be allowed into the Hierarchy.

Article X:

Any nation who commits verbal, physical or mental attacks upon the Ur-Quan - or the other slave nations - will be considered treasonous, and will be taken care of as stated in Article II. If the nation is not in the Hierarchy, it shall be taken out as stated in Article V.

--

Attacking a Fallow slave is practically impossible - they are placed under an impenetrable, red shield onto their homeworld. All their ships will be confiscated, and a space station shall be built to orbit their homeworld.

Battle Thralls have more rights within the Hierarchy, as they are let to keep their ships, but they must fight the enemies of the Ur-Quan. Other than that, they are less limited in what they can do than the Fallow Slaves.

Highly amusing. No replies. Remember this, Filth. It is either this or the cleansing.

We grow weary of speaking. Cutting transmission.

You know, I should probably end your alliance for trying to end everyone else's...
But seeing as you don't actually have an alliance for me to end, then I'll leave you be. But as soon as you do, call me so I can start a war with you.
I need target practice.

This alliance seems more damaging to a nation than beneficial. Why would anyone wish to sacrifice all of their sovereign rights to join an alliance which doesnt seem to offer any worth-while benefits?

Your conclusions are flawed. We bring you peace. Peace built upon OUR social framework imposed upon your planet, a new world order in which your prosperity and security are assured by the Ur-Quan. We will protect you from the hazards of this hostile universe, from dangers so hideous your simple minds cannot imagine their dark scope.

Over five thousand races have made such a claim. We survived. They did not. Nor shall you.
