Chairmen Ivan Solva slowly leaned back in his chair, slipping the glass of vodika that had sat on his desk for the last 1 week. It's been 3 weeks since the leader declared victory over the military regime. The violet civil war formed a a whole new country which is still suffering has a 3rd world nation. Off in the distance Ivan could hear musican playing blue grass. Dispite the fact that Kuppo was a socialist country, globalization was still able to creep in. Outside of his window, the streets were decorated with red flags, the streets littered with flip over cars from the civil war. Solva begain writing his request. He would form an alliance with other 3rd world nations. An Alliance that would protect thier small nations from the bigger bullies of the world. He wondered will any nation join him?
