Dear Leaders of Imitora,
I am requesting your help in restructuring that The Grand Domain of Imitora send a unit of 500 military advisors to restructure the armed Services of Fultonia in light of the impeachment of former President Watts and his attempted Coup de Ta. Civil Order has been restored and the armed forces disbanded, however my nation and its people need help in reforming our national defence.

The message was run through several channels, and soon arrived on the desk of the proper authorities.

First, it came across the desk of Executive Director of Operations Ryan Greere. Greere was, despite the long winded and difficult title, the second man, or teh deputy director by American standards, of the ICIA. He read over the letter, marked it for further intell, and sent it on its way to its next reciever.

Grand Admiral Dean Winslow of the Imitoran Colonial Marine Corp clicked through multiple computer files, before finding the proper folder. He checked over the file, clicked a few clicks, typed a few commands, and then sent the order off through a secure channel to the Imation, one of the multiple Northampton class frigates in geosyncronous orbit involved with the Cambodian situation.

He then dispatched the final letter, and it came across the desk of the secratary to the First Speaker. After a few moments, she thought of an appropriate reply that would keep things quiet, and clicked send.

It has come to my attention that you have requested our assistance in the rebuilding and training of your military. Though currently involved in our own military action, it has been deemed appropriate that any and all assitance be leant. We have appropriated 500 soldiers from the First Special Operations Unit-Alpha Detachment in order to assist in the training and advising of your military in its further operations. I hope this will further good relations between our nations. Respectfully,

There was a light 'thump' as the UD-25L broke the sound barrier, and headed towards Fultonia. The UD-25L was the largest dropship used by the ICMC, capable of carrying two hundred fully armed Marines. However, on board this particular craft, only 100 Marines sat in the fold down chairs. Four others like it were also in bound, carrying Marines from the First Special Operations Unit.

They banked towards land, and radioed ahead to the Fultonian air tower they had been given transponder codes to. "Fultonia tower, this is Variable One Seven Three, carrying teachers for the students, request permision to land, over."
