The contracts assure Dobsinian companys manufacturing plants in your nation, employed with your citizens, but payed by Dobsinia. Materials are paid for by the bar/plank/section/palate/spool. Researches will be paid by Dobsinia, and can either move to Dobsinia, or stay in the current nation. Investors are being seeked for funding, and investing in the companys.
