Warsaw Pact for nation states critical

 I believe that the U.N. is unbalanced because there is no place for those that oppose it. It's supposed to be democratic but it's a matter of "join us or die" because the game is only good if you have interaction and if the U.N. only rules with democratic laws, where does it leave those that have different opinions? I believe that there shouldn't be a U.N. without a Warsaw Pact because the game would be a lot better if you had a group to belong to. Support this cause for the survival of nationstates because if not, the game is soon die out due to lack of interest.

The Warsaw Pact wasn't opposed to the United Nations; you're thinking of the rivalry between the WP and NATO. The USSR was the Warsaw Pact puppetmaster, but they always had a delegate in New York at UN HQ.

Though a new NATO and Warsaw Pact would spice things up a bit. My region might be divided on where to be in those organisations, but I'd be glad to be part of NATO.

I would love to join a group of countries that more-or-less share my political beliefs. A union opposite to that of the United Nations would be a great addition to the game, wether it be called the Warsaw Pact or not, the name doesn't really matter. I wanted to join the U.N. but their policies are heavily prejudiced towards capitalistic governments, leaving non-capitalists outside. I disagree with most of the policies passed by the U.N. and so have refrained from letting them run my country. A new union that showed less direct involvment with the individual nations and yet provided a sense of community would be fun to be part of. I completely support this idea.
