At the moment the Blackguard is looking for nations who are willing to fight for a cause and recieve glory and power in return. At the moment we have around 20 UN nations headed by the qualified leaders of the AA which in its time took 24 regions including several pacific regions! We are a professional army! By joing now you are ensuring that you will get a postion has an officer down the road, soon.
UN Nations who apply now will hold the rank of an enlisted man eventually working his up the ladder. We offer three branches
Intelligence
Where you will root out spies, plan attacks and gather intelliegence!! No shock there! This job is for all of the analytive ones of you. ATM we have a excellent intelligence agency with the best personal.
Military
This is for all of you who want to fight where quick thinking can save the day, you will do most of the fighting , if you want to move up the ladder fast this job is for you!
Statement of Purpose
The Black Guard is a military institution that serves to the benefit of all member states through the successful application of diplomatic, economic, and military power. Through superior discipline, intelligence, and organization, we shall endeavor to become an increasingly successful entity, looking to acquire influence in new areas and expand our sphere of influence. We are a professional organization, operating according to the stated rules of war, and committed to an assertive policy of action.
Oath
Upon enlisting with the Black Guard as either an Officer or an Enlisted Person, all members must explicitly agree to the following:
My first loyalty is to the Black Guard and to my fellow brothers and sisters. I will not betray their trust, disobey my leaders, or endanger my compatriots in any way. I will accept all rewards and punishments and perform at my level best in all matters. I am proud to be a Black Guard, and will never surrender this honor.
Organization
The Black Guard consists of several different entities, discussed here from most senior to least senior.
Black Archons
The Black Archons are the Supreme Council of the Black Guard. All Bureau Heads are a part of the Council, as well as the Commandant, and members of his choosing such that there are no fewer than seven members of the Black Archons. They shall collectively plan the actions of the Black Guard. The Commandant alone can propose action, and he is selected by a 5/7 vote of the Archons. His term consists until one week after 5/7 of the Archons vote to remove him. Constituent Members must include: Commandant of the Black Guard, Vice Commandant of the Black Guard, Commander of Intelligence, Commander of Personnel and Recruitment Field Commander of Each Division.
Intelligence
The Commander of Intelligence shall have responsibility for three branches. The Operations Branch will be primarily responsible for collecting overt intelligence throughout the world. The Covert Branch shall conduct discrete activities to obtain additional information. These shall provide reports to the Analysis Branch to provide Information to the Commander of Intelligence.
Personnel and Recruitment
The Commander of Personnel and Recruitment shall have responsibility for three bodies. The Enlistment Annex to indoctrinate and provide a minimal level of training shall fall under his survey. Advanced candidates may be tested at Officer School, and admitted by his discretion to commissions. The Bureau of Recruiting shall also be responsible for conducting active recruiting operations throughout the world.
Combat Divisions
Each combat division shall have one Field Commander, chosen by the Commandant, and responsible for his entire division. Each division shall be numbered, with size chosen by the Archons, and with their own name, chosen by the Field Commander. The First Division shall always be known as the Atlantic Division.
Chain of Command
Here is the chain of command for the Black Guard. Promotions of enlisted men may be offered by any officer. Officers may only be promoted with the suggestion of their Commander, and with the approval of the Archons.

I shall never surrender in the face of the enemy, and understand that my rights and privileges as a citizen of the New Lacadaemonian Congress are contingent on my willingness to be a good citizen and to respect the rights of other states.
