Duke Charles Le Thunder Bans Wombat News From Imperial Ruskkia!
In an address to his government, the Duke issued an Act of Parliment banning Wombat News from all territories of the Empire of Ruskkia. Any Wombat News reporter or worker will be shoot on sight by Ruskkie troops or police.
There are no known reasons behind this latest act by the Duke, but Ministers are taking it as proof that the Duke is starting to lose his mind.
Others believe he already has.
We believe that is could have a link to the SteamEarth War (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=130393&highlight=), though as of recent a new new government department has 'appeared' called the Ruskkie Propaganda Command. Possibly to step up the on-going propaganda war against SteamEarth.
