The Iraqi Ministry of Internal Security has issued a statement that requires all police vehicles to have cameras installed in all of their cars by years end. This is predicted to stop crime against police officers when they pull over cars and other such things.

The MoIS has also ordered 500 new vehicles to be added to the car pool, the addition of 250 BMP-IQ APCs to the Ministry of Internal Security's 'Fast Reaction Force'. All officers are to also be equipped with radios. This is expected to happen by the middle of year.
