Location: Viewpoint, Stormbreaker. Dictator's Offices.
Time: 10.38 p.m.

Steinhauser sat in his office, playing around with a penknife he held. He was in a rather good mood. In a few moments, a broadcast would be aired on television that would change his lands entirely. He took a swig out of a bottle of vodka, and turned on the TV. After maybe a minute of news, the most recent address to the nation was being aired. There he stood, General Robert Steinhauser, the most 'beloved' dictator of ASW.

"Ladies and gentlemen," the pre-recorded program began. "A pestilence is among us, something that is poisoning our lands from inside-out. For too long have the inferior been permitted to infest and breed among us, our decent, hard-working selves. The majority of our population, over 86% of us proud Anglo-Saxons, have been burdened by this continuing pressure for political equality brought onto us by those who are our inferior... the Jew, the black, the hispanic.

"What we've learned from them is that it's wrong to be proud of who we are or what we exist as, and to shun it while they are able to run rampant with their crimes, blinding our eyes from what is rightfully ours. I say that we tolerate this no more.

"What is to be done? Simple. We must eradicate the swines who infest the underbelly of this proud nation. We must rid it of it's poison. Changes have already taken place in our sister nation, Free Listening. It is our turn to enjoy such enlightenment. From this moment on, our borders are closed to foreigners. Citizenships will be revoked, and a new world ours to reap. We must eradicate the enemy. One alive can be a threat, many a catastrophe.

"Soon, A.S.I.A. officials will be sweeping the streets clean of the filth, and we can at long last rest peacefully, knowing that the enemy is defeated..."

Steinhauser clicked off the TV, smiling broadly. He turned to the wall, covered with the national emblem, and saluted, standing tall and upright, his fist raised at a 45 degree angle from his shoulder, positioned on a straight and unwaivering arm. In maybe a half hour, sweepings of the street were to begin.

Cloud city, Bumplords.

As Vash sat at his desk writing off paper after paper. He stopped at one. A small, but meaning full letter. From his brother knives. Of course, Vash read it. Past all the jabber was a single sentence. "i passed through ACW the other day, they're going to kill off Jews and the rest of 'em, but hey, I don't care really."

Vash didn't expect knives to care a lick. But Vash was horrified at this, everyone and anyone, should have the right to live, and live to do as they wish. He tossed the letter off his desk and called a newscrew....

"My people, I have sad news for those with family in ASW. General Robert Steinhauser, is going to kill, no, SLAUGHTER your familles. I am KING because I care. Because it is my job to save and protect you. I will get in touch with this dictator, and ask him to stop. Hopefully, he will listen.

FOR THE PEOPLE, FOR THE POWER, FOR THE HUNT, FOR BUMPLORDS"

With that, the message ended.

17 minutes later-

----------------------------TO: General Robert Steinhauser---------------------

Dear general:

Stop this madness, please. Its just not right! Send the people here, don't kill them....i beg of you.

That's...thats all.

OOC: By all means, take one. I'm just bored and felt like doing something different for once. The typical iron fist got boring.

IC: Location: Vewpoint, Stormbreaker. Dictator's Offices.
Time: 7.12 a.m.

The General had woken up after another long night of authorizing the construction and use of factories across the nation, and was feeling rather... out of it. But he felt good. He was told by his officials that the A.S.I.A. had started to relocate said citizens to their new 'homes'.

As he started into his office, he sat down to read the morning mail. There was a letter there, addressed from Bumplords. He took it off the desk hastily, wondering just what the Hell they would want with him. He took a brief read of the first line, sat back, and let it sink in.

"Alternatives..." he thought. He turned to a computer and started up a letter...

Vash the Stampede-

While your request to unburden my nation is rather honorable of you, we have too long been dealing with our problem, and have come to a solution. It is advisable that you step out of this. It is a national affair.

Steinhauser read the letter once, maybe twice again, and smirked... it was always entertaining. He turned to a computer on his desk, and started to type.

Vash the Stampede -

I regret to inform you that I am disinclined to acquiesce your request. I do not wish to interfere with your individual existence as a nation, but should you attempt to do as you have said, I will, by all means, retaliate with full force and utmost prejudice.

"Marie, get anderson on the phone."
"yes sir, what shall i tell him?"

OOC: You win this day, but I'll be back for those guys later.

IC: Steinhauser looked over the message again. A temporary solution, enacted much quicker, compared to a permanent solution, requiring time and the expulsion of money. Not to mention, following the first means would save tremendous amounts of currency if the later solution were implemented after it. Of course, there would have to be a time of silence, maybe a convincing veil that the conquest has ended... but the goals could be achieved.

I think I will accept your alternative. Economic side-tracking is not something present on the ASW agenda, and to expel such money on a said operation at this time compared to a cheaper solution is an absurdity. All affected citizens shall be relocated to the ASW outpost Orion inside the nation of Free Listening. You may pick them up there for relocation.
