On an island monastery fourty miles off the Teritoran coast, an meeting was about to take place that would have an profond effect on the populations of two countries. The Grand Inquisitors of Tordor and Teritora were meeting in secret in an attempt to Identify new Heresies spreading so they could be countered and crushed. The whole affair was coverd in secrecy but despite the secretive efferts of the Inquisitors of both countires rumors spread and some news of the meeting leeked out.

Grand Inquisitor Bern stared out from the walls of the monastery at the crashing sea as he waited for his Tordoran Counterpart to arrive. He hoped this meeting would be fruitful, there was some alarming heresies and false reglions to dealt with as well as some anceint heresies and evils to crushed.

OOC:Why not of course it might not be an good Idea to sneak on to an island with inquisitors on it expecally some of them but hey it would amusing if anything else and Roania heres your invitation.

IC:Grand Inquisitor Misha watched as his boat carrying him and some other inquisitors headed towards the Island where he would meet with his Teritoran Counterpart, he hoped however that his counter part wouldn't mind that he sent out invitations to several other nations Inquistion's grand Inquisitors to come as well. If one was going to have an meeting of Grand Inquisitors one might as well make so as many as possable were there.

Grand Inquisitor Leopold von Braley VII snorted at the inanities around him. Little men, with little thoughts. He was in command of an Inquisition with much more sense than any of these pitiful fools.

The Belemites, who used their Inquisition like an army. Pathetic, in a way. The Territorrans and the Tordors, who, of all things, still had their Inquisitors as a religious organisation! Warrior Monks, if you could understand it.

No, the HRIPF ((Holy Roanian Inquisition for the Purity of Faith)) was by far the best Inquisition on this planet. The mere fact the Territorans had called for this council showed that. Beneath his suit, the on-built computer calculated all the weapons he had at his disposal. Should it go wrong, I don't need my forces. Magic and technology hand in hand will purify the forces of darkness and chaos.

Grand Inquisitor Bern watched as various Inquistors arrived from various countries, on the walls of the Monastery, armed men, soldiers of the church commanded Knights of Vernsi, one of the remaining holy orders of of knights patroled the walls, Inside the Inquisitors were conducting business as usual. Gathering himself Bern headed to where he would meet the arriving Grand Inquisitors and their parties.

Grand Inquisitor Misha gathered himself, he personally didn't care for the Roanians or the Belems but they were his fellow brothers in god, serving god and church. For that he would put up with them. He went forward and entered the monastery heading for where the meeting would take place as his party of Inquisitors scattered into the monastery. This would likely prove to be most intresting.

OOC: Damn, just 4 weeks ago did I end my 2nd inquisition. And if it weren't for Braq being more of a heretic then a christian, there still would be one.

Grand Inquisitor Bern noted, the Roanian Grand Inquisitor, Leopold von Braley VII had arrived and when he saw him he had the sudden subconious urge to have him seized and put though an full inquisition but he resisted the notion and outwardly keep his calm and many even in the church scary expression and apparence. The Tordoran Grand Inquisitor, Misha was here as well. He though amused, all they needed was Belem and they would have about all the major Inquisitions here. He wondered when they would show up, he was sure Misha had sent an invation to them to arrive and he had made an simliar request as well.

Leopold smirked at Bern and Misha. "Brethren in Christ! For you are indeed my brethren. It is good that we are present, we who guard the true religion."

Misha replied calmly. "Indeed." Inwardly he didn't know who was creeper, Bern or Leopold. The Teritoran Inquisition was notriously harsh in dealing with heretics, it was said they could lestion in torture even to those knowlagable and well the Roanians, there was always the rumors about them. Everytime he looked at Leopold he had an urge have him seized for witchcraft and burned at the stake.

Bern inwardly frowned, he know the rumors as well as anyone about the Roanian Inquistion. "Indeed. The Heretics, Infindels and others have much reason to fear, those who denie the true faith and seek to lead others down false paths will gain their just deserts."

It would give me so much pleasure to have these gentlemen placed in my hands for purification. Leopold thought as he once again checked his rings to ensure that all was in readiness. One holy blast, and this entire building would be destroyed.

"I must wonder why you are having this meeting here, and not at the chapter-house in Rome, brethren."

Bern spoke in an harsh bone dry creepy voice that tended to at best creep out most people. "The chapterhouse in rome has been thoughly bugged so much that if we blew the place up and put back together we would not find all the bugs, besides chapterhouse in rome is an good way to feed the Infidels and heretics false information, besides this building has been well prepared with holy wards, blessed and many surpises against magics, expecally black magic, sorcery and witchcraft as well as other things. When dealing with witches, sorcerors and worse one must always be prepared." Yes he thought, many surpises indeed.

"Of course, brother. And I am sure none of us thought there was anything heretical you wished to discuss." Leopold laughed inwardly. Holy magicks? HA! His bedroom back in Roania was protected by stronger magicks. "Where is the honored Belemite?"

Misha replied coldly. "Probly still fauning over that Emperor of theirs.I am sure the honored and intellent Belemite will show up sooner or later."

Bern spoke indifferently. "He has have been informed of this meeting." Inwardly he thought personally he would love proof of black magic use about his Roanian comrade and would rever relish the surpised look when the hidden traps and some of the undectable traps were strung.

Leopold pulled his helmet down over his head, and swished his cape behind him. Taking a seat at the table, he nodded. "Perhaps we can get some work done while we wait for him. I have grevious news. There have been rumors of an outbreak of the Gnostic Heresy in North America. As well, I have heard from my sources that someone claiming to be a 'Perfect' is hiding in Malta."

Misha nodded as he sat down. "I have news as well. There has been an discovery of the Gnostic heresy in Tordoran Nasseriya and reports of the Arian Heresy from South America. Sorces report there is an Major Gnostic Heretic leader in hidding in Zerni. We also have caught Zerni attempting to reexablish the false reglion of Shintism in Tordor."

Bern followed up. "We have rumored reports of the Cathar Heresy in Africa. It will be intresting to find out more about that from our Belemite Brethen when he arrives since the Belem are so thick and active there. Also an Arian Bishop was seized upon Entry into Teritora and he is currently under questioning to find out where he came from and where he was going. Also we have captured Heretics that believe of all things that AIs and so called EIs have souls."

((*pours salt water all over this thread* I know one of these nations can't stand salt water...but I forget which. So eat it. Taggishness.))

((Grand Inquisitor Leopold screams and falls to the ground, retching))

* After Prime Minister Baragh IV reads a report that was clumsily passed to him by his unfiltered intelligence service, Heresy accords?!, he wonders, What a good idea! Surely the Monarch could use some heresy decrees to help with the Development Plan.

The Hobgoblin Prime Minister scribbles off a memo and gets up from his desk to to deliver the idea to the Monarch of Grand Hobgoblonia personally.

Heresy! The Prime Minister's amused laughter echoes through ornate medieval halls as he thinks of the Machiavellian possibilities to add to Grand Hobgoblonia's organized religion.

Misha spoke. "I am not sure but I would supect one place to look would be Zerni, since they been secretly trying to undermine the true faith in Tordor and other places. I would not be surpised if there was an Major Gnostic Heretic leader hiding there that be some leaders of other heresies there. After all they give rights to AIs of all things like they were senient beings."

Bern spoke. "No we don't know where the Arian bishops are coming from yet, but the one we captured will talke." He smiled coldly. "They always talk in the end with an little help. We do know where some of the Heretics preaching that AIs have souls came from, while an few were natives others came from Zerni or were from the former country of Mishakal and its off spring countries. On an postive note we have extremated the Orange Catholic Heretics out of Teritora and several other countries."

OOC:What an varity of Grand Inquisitors we got here.

Misha replied with distaste. "The Mishakalians? I had rather hoped they and their vast collections of Heresies, witches and false relgions had died out when their country fell. Expecally those so called Orange Catholics."

Bern resorted back at Misha. "Or those Yevonites. Bloody unrepent witches."

"Perhaps, Brothers, we should launch a punitive assault against the Misakalian remnants? By attacking and destroying their religious leaders, *all* of their religious leaders, and requesting permission from the Chapter-House to install a Mishakalian Inquisition..." he left the words hanging.

"On the other hand, maybe a full invasion of Zern, and the destruction of all their precious AI, should put an end to that heresy."

Bern spoke. "Operations in Zerni would most fruitful even excluding the AI heresy, concidering if theirs truth the reports of the Major leaders of the Gnostic and other heresies being there, we could likely put an stop to them trying to spread Shintism back into Tordor, which seems to be Misha's problem. With all the Heretical leaders poping up there I wonder if we will find some Cathar and Arian leaders hiding there as well since they seem to be trying spread all sorts of Heresies and false relgions."

Misha spoke. "Indeed and dealing with the Mishakalian remaiants will require unsually sutle methods even by Inquisition standards. I do say our Belemite Brethern is taking his sweet time in arrivaling."

Grand Inquisitor Tarkin arrives at the conferance after a short delay with the Imperial Flight. "What did I miss?"

Leopold crinkled his nose with distaste as Tarkin entered the room. "We were just discussing the outbreak of the Arian heresy in Africa, the AI heresy in Mishakal and Zerni, and I was hoping to get on to the Cathari heresy in Malta. What took you?"

Turning to Bern, the man smiled. "Brother Bern, are you certain you wish for us to concentrate that way? All AI is an abomination, unless kept scrupulously within certain boundaries. Brother Misha, there is no need for subtlety with the Mishakalan rembnants. Those fools are too stupid to understand anything unless it is directly under their nose."

Bern replied. "Mishakal as an country doesn't exist but there are several countries spring from them. I don't sujest contration only on thing but the Heresies much be dealt with expecally the leadership." He turned to Tarken We were also discussing the outbreak of the Gnostic heresy in Tordoran Nasseriya, North America and reports of the Arian Heresy from South America. As well as reports of an major Gnostic leader hiding in Zerni and the Zerni trying to rexablish Shintoism in Tordor and other plesantries. There was also the capture of an Arian Bishop who is currently being questioned to find out where he came from and where he was going at the Branch Chapterhouse in Castle Dora."

"Well we have very few holdings in South America so we don't have much information on the outbreaks in the Americas. In Africa most of our territory is under control. Just a few border regions gives us trouble but we deal with those outbreaks before they can spread.

Misha spoke. "Yes they are never under esimate the forces of evil even though they are no match for the holy rightious fury that will be brought agaist their unholy abomination of beliefs." He looked at Tarkin. "You finally arrived, what news do you have, any new Heresies we should know of?"

"Just the usual small little outbreaks usual abroad no more then a few hundred at a time, usually pagans, communists and the ilk."

"I wish I could say the same, the bloody Gnostic heresy turned up in Tordoran Nasseriya and is being exteriminated, theres an minor outbreak of witchcraft in Tordor with few hundred alrightly been burned at the stake and the bloody Zerni been caught trying to retriduce Shintoism into Tordor."

Bern smiled slightly, an an more than little disturbing sight for most people other than the assimbled Grand Inquisitors. "That is good to hear brother Tarkin."

Misha tried not to jump when Bern smiled. Now he remembered why these meeting didn't take place very often, the Roanian Inquisitors disturbing to him and always gave him the urge to want to burn them at the stake as an witches when ever he was round them. the Teritoran Inquisitors were just too plain scary even for him and finally with the Belemite Inquisitors he never knew what to expect from them.

IC:Bern spoke. "So we Identifed some troublesome heresies and people even if we can't at the moment locate them. So what are the sujestions on what we should do to put down these heresies and deal with the Heretic leaders and those trying to lead the faithful into false reglions?"

Leopold turned and faced Tarkin, his eyes glowing beneath his hood and helmet. "Perhaps, brother, you have an idea as to how to deal with this current situation? I, myself, feel that we should call for authorisation from Rome to launch a crusade against Zerni. Our governments will, I'm sure, follow our lead."

OOC: Don't do anything stupid. I'm playing my Inquisition as a group of people who rely more heavily upon magic than the others.

"That would prove very effective. And we could probably pull off the entire operation in a few weeks."

Misha spoke. "Yes and dealing with the Zerni proble, they take capitalism to whole new levels of corruption, deboachry, greed and legalizaton of everything. They conduct openly human sacrfices there and their so greedy that everything is legal there, you could kill somebody and nobody would bat an eye. Its an modern Saddom and Gormorah there."

Bern. "Indeed, finding Heretic leaders in Zerni would be ever easy once we had authorization from rome to conduction operations. As for the shinto heathens its rather known that the Zerni Emperor is the head of that. As for the Mishakalian orginated Heresy of Orange Catholicism and the Witchcraft Heathenism of the Yevonites and others, they are not heard hard to root out once found. The former have female Preists and ranking church officals and the later tends to resort to their witchcraft when caught to try to escape."

OOC:Hmm, maybe hiding those heretic leaders and incouraging their activaties to cause chaos that to profit off of was an bad idea. Oh well.

"Forget the Mishalkans. We can deal with them easily. Zerni is more of a threat to the world than Mezoprincipalia!" Leopold roared, slamming his fist into the table. "I will have my crusade, with your support or without!" He calmed down, visibly restraining his fury. "AI pretending to be human... Shintiism... support of heresy... we have crushed the Mishalkans! What of Zerni?"

Bern replied. "Yes, I agree the Zerni must be dealt with. This war upon the true faith, attempting to spread shintoism, encourging Heresies and hiding Heretic leaders from their rightful punishements must be dealt with."

Misha spoke darkly. "Yes the so called Mezoprincipalian catholic church, after we deal with the Zerni, they must be dealt with. Electing an antipope can not borne as well as their other actions."

Bern also had an dark look. "Yes the Mezoprincipalians, after the Zerni are dealt with, something will have to be done about them."

Beneath his helmet, Leopold's eyes flickered. "Very well, brethren... so we are agreed on the course of action that must be followed in regards to Zerni?" The man smiled. "In that case, we should begin preparing a draft for the pope to view now..."

Bern. "Ah yes and of course try to draft it in such an way he doesn't just unleash the Jesuits instead then who gets move in with whos inquisition and how not to step on each others toes. Church Politics." An Messenger comes in an message. "Well, well, well the Arian Bishop has with suitable persassion talked about where he came from and some other intresting information."

Misha responded half laughingly. "So what if his holyness unleashes the jeusits on them, their much more sutitle about doing things than cetran inquisitions that could be named and their loyality and obedence is to the pope, nobody else."

"Why don't we just call our own Crusade?"

Bern spoke. "For something of this scale we would need at least an Archbishop to authorize action. Theres Historic presidence for an Archbishop launching an crusade. The Cross and Star Crusade against the Demonworshiping Upsurper king in 1354 in Teritora being an good example along with the Eastern european Crusades and the spanish crusades."

"I can have the Cardinal of Belem authorize this in an hour."

"No. This will be done properly, before someone with proper authority. Gentlemen, I can assure you that my master, Patriarch Frazier, feels just as strongly as I do."

"We will have our crusade within 4 days time, barring... accidents..." Leopold looked around. "No one knows we are here, right? No enemies that you people may not have killed yet?"

That concave of sorcerors were all wiped out or are so far in hiding nobody will find them. Also after the assassination attempt on the Teritoran Archbishop we make sure no such attempt take place in Tordor by cracking down on the enemies of the church more throughly than usual."

Bern replied. "And weren't the TLPA sposse to be finished the last time. I am sorry but even with help the Tordoran government and your inquisition does not have the best record."

"Very well. Are there any other matters that need to be attended to?"

Bern spoke. "Not that I know of."

"Oh, but there is... Aerion."

Bern frowned "Aerion? What have they done now?"

"Before I came here... well, actually, while I was on my private plane, I recieved this transmission from Roania." He placed it before them. "Since we have... all agreed on Zerni, it is now that I show it to you."

The document listed all of the recent crimes of Aerion. "After I leave here, I am going to Rome to represent my order at the Congress for the Doctrine of the Faith."

Bern read the reports then finally spoke. "hmm. Aerion, since their royal family was overthrown by that madman a things been going down hill there ever since. This is most grave."
