OFFICIAL SERYOWN PRESS RELEASE

As of yesterday, the nation of Seryown has completed the first stage of her Nuclear Program. Using the uranium from her healthy uranium mining industry, Seryown has successfully begun enriching uranium. In addition, Seryown has completed her first three nuclear missiles and plans to test one of them later this year.
Today Seryown begins the second stage of her Nuclear Program, using atomic energy to create electricity and thus power the nation of Seryown. Seryown hopes to be able to complete this project within the next few years and transition the entire nation to nuclear power soon after.
In addition, Seryown is beginning a new military project. She is attempting to create an easily submersible aircraft, or alternatively a submarine capable of flight.
Seryown welcomes assistance from outside nations on either of her two current projects.

A nation of 14 million with a nuclear arsenal? Interesting.

A) Laugh at your presumption,

B) Call you an idiot for announcing this openly to all nations,

C) Follow options A and B, and also smite you, Dubya style.

Roania - you could do any of those things if you wished - however, I doubt many of them would be productive. For instance, Dubya lacks the uppper body strength to make me feel like I might have been tapped.
Secondly, "my presumption" is that since the instructions for building a nuclear missile are easily obtainably and simply enriching the uranium being the difficult part, and Seryown possessing a powerful Uranium Mining industry for its size, that in the time my nation increased from 4 milliion to 14 million I could have developed a few nukes, yes - we're by no means a power.
And thirdly, I gave up on being anything but an idiot a long time ago, but after reading a few of your posts I'd rather it weren't you who called me one. In addition, however, what use are nuclear missiles as a deterrent if no one knows you have them?
