"God damn its hot. Why did we take the car with leather seats? My ass is roasting." Jacob Hunter pulled the sunglasses down from his eyes and gazed across the street where the crowd was gathering.

Why the hell do I get stuck on jobs with this ass? Jack Arrow took another long drag from his cigarette and blew the smoke out of the crack in the window. He hated working with Hunter, the fat little punk did nothing but complain making the stakeout all the more unbearable.

"I mean, lets pull this job already and get into some air conditioning. You know pop a couple of the shopers send the message and hit the pool."

"Oye, for the love of God will you shut the hell up. Our job is to watch and gather info, not end up on the six oclock news." Arrow fixed his eyes on the growing group of people at the new Gap on the corner of Sixth and Prospect. This made eight Gap stores in ten blocks, to go along with the ten starbucks, seven Structures and five car dealerships; his stomach turned upside down in revulsion, but the situation here in Caira was the same all over Jiggady most namely Blackbeards Vista and Capitol City.

They sat there an hour longer in the black non descript range rover with tinted windows and optional sunroof. The Jiggady defense beuro had agents activated all over the country to deal with the sudden emergence of consumerism ideals. The Chief of State was furious when he returned from his vacation to see how lax things had been run in his absence, and he ordered a violent crackdown on all these free market buisnesses.

"So what do you think the higher ups are gonna do about all this?" Hunter coughed a little from the smoke, he looked over to the ash tray which was already full from the last pack Arrow smoked.

"I heard they are looking to contract the job out to another nation. Bring their urban specialtists in and take out a bunch of these stores." Arrow curled his upper lip up in a snear as he saw a group of teenagers pushing their way through the crowd, their bags full of designer jeans.

"Isnt that expensive? I mean the department could just as easily handle this. Bring in agent Calico and the situation will be solved."

"Yeah but they have something a bit smarter planed. By hiring foriegn operatives, it doesnt look like the government was responsible and the Supreme C.O.S. can get on the television and say that it was anti capitalist terrorists. In response he can tighten his control again and kick these damned stores out of the country"

"Ohhhh." Hunter replaced the sunglasses to hide his confused eyes from his partner.

"And our job is to gather the reconisance for these organizations. I heard North Germania was interested in the job but the C.O.S. may want to hire some organization not affiliated with the FKC. Anyways screw it, we got what we need on tape, lets report in."

Feet up on his mahogony desk jiggady puffed away on the long cigar, a product of his very own plantations. Fresh air flowed freely through his open air office overlooking the vast fields below, and he couldnt help but smile. He didnt even want to think about all the paper work that had piled up like a mountian on his desk over his three week vacation. But even trying not to think about it only made him think about it and is expression turned sour as he thought of the state his country had shifted to in his absence.

Over three dozen new Gap stores in four cities was the statistic that stood out from the report that the Jiggady Defense Department had compiled. In a fit of rage jiggady placed his hands down on the desk with a echoing thump and sent the stack of papers scattering about the room. Archimides, his pet fox, rose up at this new disturbance but seeing his master in a fit of rage was nothing new and he quickly went back to sleep.

"Miss Jennings, do you have my statement prepared yet?" jiggady clicked on the intercom to the outer room where his secrety slaved on without air conditioning.

"Yes Mr. Supreme Chief of State, I am just printing it now." Her shrill voice was amplified through the speaker and jiggady released the button immediatly.

Five minutes later she was in the office, stepping around the scatterd papers that she vowed not to clean up, and placed the document in his hands.

jiggady looked it over, and smiled in acceptance of it, he hoped over to the fax machine in the corner of his office that he used for everything from sending documets to various world leaders to sending figures to buisnesses on the productions of his plantation. With a quick press of a button the document was off to dozens of nations, to their special operations offices for urban warfare.

It read:

OOC: I'll post the rest up later but it will be open to any country to respond to the offer to send in some elite troops to kill some civ's
