The first ever transmission emits from the planet of Aurora Prima, reaching to every nation, explaining their desire to become aquainted with the nations of the galaxy. The Aurora system was discovered by the Aurora, the only surviving colony ship dispatched from Cyberutopia. Their ship revived the 20,000 onboard 42 years after their departure from the Earth. Now they shall spread their brethren's influence and seek allies.

A courier ship arrives in the Aurora system and broadcasts this message to the Aurorans:
A picture appears on the screen. It is The Great Ineffable Bob. He speaks:
"Hello! How are you?"
The picture fades and the message ends

The courier ship then departs the system.
