Can i just clear this up, Achigoo cannot be modern tech can it? It does not exist in real life and there were no plans for it drawn up for it were there? if thats right then how come people call it modern

Itcan't be created. So if found even a nation in the darkages could get some. But then they would jsut be slaughtered by it. But it was ALL DESTROYED a few months ago untill a nation said they still had some and a big ass war broke out. But it basicly is a lifeform altering substance that is ment to spawn a new generation of creatures more agressive than humans or anyhitng curent on NS Earth

OOC: It was ignored by several nations who were part of the orginal 'Acigoo' mess. (God was I that young?) due to recent godmods by noobs that refuse to use the basic limitations of the orginal material.
