To all, I am Jitsen, an Elf, and a Druid by nature, although I tamper with theiving and Fighting. I have been on quite a few raids and general pillages before, as you well know, Shado, and am PERFECT for the job. Ha. 8) . :P .

That's pretty impressive, Skitterzz! This will be a fantasy RP, set in Shadostan (mostly forests and fields), and we'll probably need either a Psionicist or a Spell Caster - we could use either of those, though I think a Spell caster would be preferable...I dunno, explain what sorta thing a Psionicist would be able to do, and I'll have a think - I've never encountered one of them before! (not knowingly, anyway!)

Oh, and if everyone could just ignore Jitsen, she's a little...well...you know... :roll: No offence or anything, Jitsen! :wink:

Hmmm... It sounds interesting to me. lol Count me in, I guess. As for RP experiance. Well, I've been in many many different RPs, ranging from sci-fi to fantasy, and I can RP any role needed. ^_^ I pride myself on being able to RP anything, from a Japanese school girl to a raging tentacle monster. Um... What me to make up a chara for this thing, or should I recycle one of my fantasy chars from an off-site RP? (To date, this will be the first fantasy RP I've taken part in on the NS forums.)

Background: Born in the same village as Sepia, Birgitte is the tomboyish daughter of the local blacksmith with a knack for the bow and arrow. Being the only girl in a family of boys, Sepia grew up acting like her brothers. She is her father's favorite child, although he is slightly disturbed that she that grew up to be a lesbian.
A few summers ago, bored and having nothing else to do, Birgitte took up the art of theivery, breaking into locked places and taking things that didn't belong to her. She is a thrill seeker by nature, but doesn't like pain. She has been caught only once, and promised not to steal again, but that hasn't stopped her from carrying a set of lockpicks on her person...
Birgitte is a close friend of both Sepia and Erika...
Likes: Cute girls, her friends and family, junk food, expensive looking items, and activities that are exiciting.
Dislikes: Being treated like a girl because she's a girl, pain, the way Sepia ignores her advances.

Background: Erika was abandoned as an infant on the village healer of Aroyo, with a set of clothes and strange weapons next to her. The healer took her in, and raised her as his own child, naming her Erika. She is different from the others in the village, and knows it. On each of her wrists are a strange burn mark in the shape of a strange animal skull, further adding to the mystery of her orgins. She wears bandages over her wrists to hide these burn marks.
Upon turning twenty, the healer gave her the items that had arrived with her when he discovered her on his doorstep: A katana, a tanto, a set of large throwing needles, and some clothing. Despite never having seen the strange garment and weapons before, Erika knew exactly how to wear the clothing and properly place the weapons on her person. This upsets and disturbs her to no end.
Withdrawn and introverted, Erika's only friends in Aroyo are Sepia, Birgitte, and her boyfriend Luke.
Likes: Honorable men, seafood, Sepia, Birgitte and Luke.
Dislikes: Not knowing who her real parents are, her strange burn scars, the fact she knows how to efficently and silently kill someone without ever having picked up a blade before, cowards and dishonorable men.



I can use any of the three listed above, or all of them if you'd like (Yesh, I can RP multiple charas at once. ;P). ^_^ Just um... Pick which one you think would best be suited for the RP. ^^;;

Edit:In order to keep our numbers to a sensible (and affordable) size, the Hylian Adventurer's Guild would be interested in hiring Erika for this quest.

When Ackl discovered that hte Baron was utilizing the centaurs and the orcs to control the populace, Ackl murdered him. Fleeing east, chased by the Baron's underlings, Ackl was discovered by the renowned Paladin, Azakala Tirak. Ackl was taken in as an apprentice under Azakala and soon became a powerful paladin. Vowing to help the weak and good and battle the evil, Ackl proceeded to wonder the lands in the name of the Holy Light.

Background: As a rider of Shadostan, Shado is bound to his word and keeps the peace on Hyrule Field. Abandoned as a child, he wandered alone for ten years. After finally finding his father, he became involved in a web of lies, deceit and opium smuggling. Upon finding the opium and destroying it, a witch, the ringleader of the smugglers, cast a curse on Shado, to live forever as an eighteen year-old. Now over five hundred years old, Shado displays qualities rarely seen in one so young, and strives to forever keep Hyrule Field and Shadostan in a peaceful state.
There was a period of his life where historical texts disagree, but the end result was clear. Shado and another man, Reichskristall Malign, founder of the People’s Republic of Holocausta, slew their dictatorial fathers in single combat, and restored peace to their lands. Recently Shadostan split, and Holocausta was formed, after talks at the Ribenian Diplomatic Centre. Rumours are rife about a romantic involvement between Shado and the Ribenian Queen, Lady Ayane.
Shado was recently found by the Hylian Adventurer’s Guild, and convinced to aid them in their quest.

OK, the flyer's at the top, but the basic thing is this, and everyone else, consider this your briefing:

Hyrule Field has had more and more frequent sightings of various unsavoury looking creatures near the Shadostanian borders, just inside Kilika Temple, a huge temple country - a country inside a temple, if you will. (Just means everywhere is stone walls, pillars, secret passages etc.) It has been rumoured that a wealthy merchant has been taken hostage for reasons unknown, and is being held in the deserted part of Kilika Temple, the Wild Corridors. (Overgrown walls, creepy vines etc.) The quest is simple: get in, get the merchant, get out. Bonus pay for finding out the reason for the overgrowth of that part of the temple; the Kilikans would love to get it back, and will pay well. Inside the temple lurks an evil force (Roania, that would most likely be you then!) which threatens to overtake all of Kilika Temple, and destroy the sacred walls and people.

Ooh, that last bit was a bit cliche, wasn't it? Ah well, them up at the Hylian Adventurers Guild love a bit of drama. They sell it to the newspapers for even more money.

That detailed enough for ya? You'll get more info when we get into it, but only if you ask! Kilika Temple will be providing a few nasty surprises now and then to help Roania, so all you adventurers better be prepared for a rough ride!
