Nations? 1 nation, Ness Ziona, where my base camp once was, captured many many commanders (the 1st was sent to Soviet Trasa and executed there... long story).
And yes, it's hard to be a terrorist (ooc: usually I don't call it terrorists) these days.

Teritora, it's reasonable that nations have agents in underground organizations, but since you're not conflicted with me, I'll let you put only few, not like NZ with the high ranks and all, but if I'll know who are your allies, maybe I'll let you know in person before an attack (although it's very unlikely that I'll have reasons to attack them).

Well I am an member of the Defenders of the Faith, the IDI and the Zoin Pact. The only Ally I know that would likely most likely be targeted would be belem, but maybe some of the other members of the Defenders of the Faith might be targeted as well.
