In just a few hours, the billionth citizen of the Austar Union will be born. President Hoffman today said:

"I am proud to be President on this great day of achievement. To the billionth citizen, and to their family(s), congratulations. You will be awarded a prize of One Billion Dollars. Congratulations..."

The day is expected to be turned into a giant party, with commuters already dressing up as a superhero, to symbolise the Republic's future journey to being a superpower.
