Need help on creating a Military (ooc talk)
Yes, i want to create a military right here with perhaps your help. Since this a revived nation and all records of my past military are gone, i shall start fresh. My military must include:
An Army
A Navy
An Airforce
I want it Soviet-influenced. This includes Mig-21 interceptors and Modernized Ak-47s. Is anyone up to the challenge?

Why not make one yourself? That will allow you greater options when it comes to customization.
Ditto, but Mig-21s and AK-47s are way out of date. We recommend Mig-31s and HAR-4 rifles. I can provide specs on the HAR if you like.

There are modernized MiG 21s being built in China that aren't out of date.

Go with a mix of Super 7(Chinese updated MiG 21), MiG 29/29M/33/35, Su 27/30/35/37 and MiG 31 fighters.
I'm actually currently working on a different organization for the Edolian military... It's taken me a few days so far since I'm getting into the details of the organization of the different Legions (as well as types of Legions). I think I'm going into too much detail but it's kind of amusing and more realistic...
I don't know what my point is. You should just take a microsoft word document and list what you have. Make it proportionate.

AKM (slightly improved AK47) with a few after-factory additions are as good as anything else out there (possibly better).
Things like an improved safety, western-person installed barrel, forged receiver, and a scope rail for low-power or red-dot scopes (for urban stuff). Of course, this is assuming you're a moderately rich country. O, the best pure-AK out there is the Valmet series, used by Finland. They are more expensive than other AK-types, which is kinda the point of AKs- cheapness.

The newest AK model is the AK-107/108. This design could easily be adapted to fire either .270 Winchester/6.8mm which is the new US Army ammo or 7.62x39mm Soviet ammo.

Not yet, but then again everyone calls the F/A-22 the new USAF fighter, when it isn't yet.

I read somewhere that some have been seen in service, but that was an unverified report made by some guy on a messageboard.
