I'm not entirely sure if someone has had this idea before, it's the Screw Rotor Propellor system the picture should explain it a bit more.

The screw piece at the fron starts revolving and pierces and pushes the water through normally quite effective but not exactly the fastest it could possibly be, thus the rotor, spinner at arounf 50 -150 rpm faster than the screw it pushes the water out up to 3x faster than either standard screw or rotor propellor systems, if no-one has done this before (crosses fingers) could I possibly copyright it the other way round so that the screw is at the back so I can experiment, Thank you.
