A tiny, boxy craft zapped into existance just inside Jupiter's rings, and gave itself a subtle nudge into a transfer orbit to Callisto.
Attention. This is the Imperial Cargo and Personell Transport Mixtec. By order of the High Council, we have been instructed to deliver updated supplies and additional workers. We are aware that this an unscheduled visit. Standby to recieve authorization codes. Mixtec out.
An the surface, miners and maintenance personnel scrambled about to prepare the spaceport, clearing the landing strip just in time for the oversized shuttle to touch down.

A maintenance drone just finished repairing a mining bot near the western mines. It was an annoying job, but it had to be done... The asteorid rains on Callisto were seriously nasty.
Well, it couldn´t be helped.
Suddenly, a light appeared in the sky... not a light, a ship.
Of course, the drone wasn´t interested in it, and just continued its work, but had an actual worker be there, he would probably have tagged the event in his log.

Mixtec touched down with a hard metallic clunk, although the only ones who could hear it were those in the subcallistan tunnels to which the sound was transmitted through solid rock. Hydraulic lifts activated and began lowering the landing pad, and the ship resting on it, into to the hangar below, where boarding tubes were extended.
As per tradition, the first man off was the highest ranking diplomatic officer, to be greeted by the highest ranking available colony officer.
"Dala, araphaloi tanhl. Ueliq tanhl Cwagnan."
"Dala. Ta mí Pex Jiri. Welcome to Callisto, Traveler Quagnon."
"I thank you for your hospitality, Director Jiri. I trust you will have accomodations for my men?"
"Of course. There is always plenty of extra room."
"Good. I have been told that the expansions to the Overseers' Quarters are complete as well. Is this true?"
"It is true."
"Very good. We will be needing them. Additional workers come with additional managers."

A total of 35 new personnel transferred into the Callistan colony from Mixtec over the next few days, supplementing, and in a few cases replacing, Rímë officers with Saoílë. Of course, this caused no small stir among the Rímë- but what can you do about it?
