Hasn't the NCA virtually disbanded itself?
The Foreign Ministry's Office of NCA Affairs hasn't been active in months.

Apparently they are alive and well. They seem to have a pretty active website, not to mention Fantasan seems to be out and about, and he is the MaHa leader of them. i wouldnt be surprised with the were conspiring still. As of now some of the NCA goons are in my region, mainly because it is small and easy enough to overcome without stirring too much controversy.
