OFFICIAL SERYOWN PRESS RELEASE
The newly established government of Seryown will be beginning a nuclear program. The nuclear missiles Seryown will produce is intended entirely for purposes of defense against the larger nations that surround her. Seryown will not compromise her own government to the subjugation of another, and so is beginning immediately to produce nuclear weapons. She welcomes the help of other benefactor nations in the area or abroad but warn that threats will not stop this action
While Seryown develops it's nuclear program, she also condemns chemical and biological weapons, saying that the idea of using weapons of death for defense is incomprehensible. A virus will not destroy a tank, but it will destroy thousands of innocent lives.
In other news, after she has finished rooting out crime in the newly established country she intends to pursue a space program of some measure, as is currently being discussed by President Anya Diyosa and her chief advisors.
