Atlantic Alliance - Finished
In the interest of MrNonchalant and New People's GPAs and in the recognition that very recently we were losing iniative the Atlantic Alliance is no more. Before they claim it I'd like to state clearly for the record that no alliance, group, region, or nation caused our "downfall." It was much more of a cumulative decay.
