Admiral Lord Tiberius, taken back from assembling the Grand Fleet for a day, stepped up to the podium with the massive Imperatrix Class Battleship behind him, ready to slip into the sea. It was fully outfitted and the crew was being readied to take control of the new vessel.

Tiberius, a stocky but venerable man, shuffled the papers on the podium and began speaking in his deep baritone voice. "Ladies and Gentlemen, delegates from The Empire and Victoria Perpetua," he said slowly and was interrupted by a quiet round of cheers. "Yes, thank you. Friends and allies, this ship will be the flagship of our new ally, Victoria Perpetua." Tiberius signaled, and a massive sheet of canvas dropped away from the bow of the new ship.

The name of the ship was revealed. "Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the Victory. She is an Imperatrix Class Battleship, up to the par of the Empire of the Iron Eagle. Equipped with six sixteen inch main guns, sixteen five inch secondary guns, and a missile bay with a capacity of one hundred and forty five various types of missiles.

"By taking away a number of five inch batteries, the Imperatrix has a great number of CWhiz Batteries and the radar systems capable of tracking ship killer missiles, such as the Harpoon. The Victory is, by itself, capable of defending against nearly every threat posed to a capital ship. In short, she will be the pride of the fleet of Victoria Perpetua. Now, I turn the ceremony over to our ally, Victoria Perpetua."

Admiral Lord Tiberius stepped away from the podium to make way for the appointed delegate.

Admiral Lord Nelson, stepping up to the mic, congratulates and shakes the hand of Admiral Lord Tiberius. "I would like to take this moment to congratulate the Empire of Akilliam for its undertaking this task for our nation the Kingdom of Victoria Perpetua."

"This ship will serve the VPN for years to come and its service will be extraordinary for these years. The Victory will long serve this nation in its role of combating pirates on the high seas, in roles of close naval support, and roles of diplomatic missions. This ship will long be remembered because of the friendship between our kingdom and the Empire of Akilliam. Admiral Lord Tiberius has long served the Empire of Akilliam and I hope his leadership will be long remembered by his people and that our friendship would go hand in hand with that memory. This day is a glorious day for our two peoples and will serve long in our friendship."

Stepping down from the mic, Admiral Lord Nelson, vic., walks along the the gangplank toward the ship and then up to the bridge to assume command. Upon entering the bridge the signal of command is given and the white ensign of the Kingdom of Victoria Perpetua is raised. Admiral Viscount gives the command to give a twenty-one gun salute in respect to the nation of Akilliam. The shots are loud and deafining as the crowds on the docks cheer in praise of the two leaders and this glorious day.

Upon the twenty-one gun salutes completion, the order is given to slip the moorings and take her to sea. Twenty minutes later the ship rounds the harbors edge and sails into the vast ocean to commence field tests for the ships capabilities.
