Specifically a small portion of Southern California, Orange and San Diego Counties. I would like to take the area and establish a free trade zone to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs without risking security within my own Imperial Borders. Whom should I be talking to?

Orange County would be the necessary part of the deal, San Diego County if its availiable.

There are doubtless many nations who roleplay as controlling California. However, the one who roleplays most, or at least the one who is roleplayed with by the most people, or anyway the one whose word has the most official weight as regards California, is "California and Alaska" (who also controls everything in between, as well as South to Baja California and East to Louisiana, and Hawai'i and Cuba. And probably other bits I forget, too). However, said player is highly militant and unlikely to sell.

She completely ignores me? well too bad fer her seeing as how everyone else inNS seemed to acknowledge my Elf Ransom RP. But I suppose that gamemoderators are held to different standards of play.

Actually, it's the same standard, namely: the ability to ignore another player if one wishes. It's not like she must acknowldge you.

ooc: She could have ignored the thread entirely also rather than make a large dramatic post about how I was "calling her out" when I was doing nothing of the sort. But that's completely off topic, What is on topic is that i'd like to buy OIrange County, create a big ass free trade zone, revive the El Toro Marine base, Anaheim, and the Port of long Beach, and basically have a good time with some Earth Based RPs as opposed to Space after Space after Space.
