[A private Jet, Flying over some jungle island in the Pacific, 14:43]

Servant: "Can I get you anything to drink, sire?"

Emp. Ryo-Tan: "Nah, I'm good."

Servant: "How about you, Emperoress?"

Emprs. Rain: "No."

Servant: "Ok. If you need anything, just call me."

[the servant walsk down the aisle]

Ryo: "A 12 hour flight to one nation, just to refuel and fly another 6 hours to another nation. I love being an Emperor, but all this flying is getting old."

Rain: "Yeah. This is taking to damn long."

Ryo: "But, for the safety of my people and for the betterment of humanity, I have to go on these diplomatic trips."

Rain: "A 18 hour flight for a 4 hour debate. How nice."

Ryo: "If only they would have let me bring some of my alchahol. Then this flight would be some fun." [Ryo smiles at Rain]

[On the island below...]

Man: "Everything ready?"

Second Man: "SAM site set and preped, sir."

First Man: "Good. I see the plane now. Flying at, oh, 25,000 feet. COming in at 4 o'clock."

Second Man: "I see it. Thats our target, right?"

First: "Yep. Target it and blow it from the sky."

Second: "Got it."

[as the private jet comes in range, the SAM site is fired up. It let lose several missiles, all 6. It only had 6 since they assasins wanted to travel light]

First: [binoculars] "Wow. You hit it. It went up in a nice fireball. You also got the escort fighters...Shit! I see parachuters! THey are jumping from the burning wreck of the jet!"

Second: "It can't be that bad. We were outfitted with RPGs, assualt rifles, and a Warthog for a reason. Lets just go meet them."

First: [firing up the warthog] "Way ahead of you. If those are our imperial bastards, then we will show them what happens when you piss someone off enough to hire the 2 greatest assasins."

[News Broadcast]

Jake: "We interupt your program to bring the most shocky news since the Neonic Civil War. Just 2 hours ago, Emp. Ryo-Tan's private jet malfunctioned and crashed into the ocean! His escorts also went down.

Many in the defense apartment, including the Head of the military, General Harc, believe that foriegn terrorists targeted the emperor's jet from a small island in the middle of the pacific, part of a series of small islands call the "Forgint Isles".

Prince Braq, the imperial hier and brother of Ryo-Tan, believes that there are two possibilities: 1. That there was a traitor, on one of the escorts, or 2. That one of the escorts malfunctioned and rammed into the jet, taking it down and the other 3 escorts with it. Braq has refused to even acknowledge Gen. Harc's theory.

Emperoress Rain Jolkin, whose maiden name is Maxwell, of Phalanix, was on the plane with her husband when it went down. It is believed that both the Emperor and Emperoress died in the crash.

Braq is in charge of Neo Earth, as he always is when Ryo goes to foriegn nations. A investigation is being made as we speak to see if there are any survivors. Braq is putting this investigation together.

However, it is believed Ryo is dead. Braq is to be crowned the Divine Emperor of the Holy Imperial Dominion of Neo Earth on Sunday, right after the moment of silence, which will probally be at least an hour long, that is going to be honoured across the nation in memory of Ryo.

Emperor Ryo-Tan Jolkin, also known as Saint Ryo, was 24. He has been...no, sorry, he was the emperor for 7 years."[Jake starts to softly cry]"In that 7 years, he became a saint for improving the civil rights, which almost didn't exist before, for improving the economy, and for being someone everyone loved. In that 7 years, he led Neo Earth to become one of the largest nations on earth. We will all miss him. We will all miss St. Ryo, and his beautifull wife, Rain, who made Ryo happy when he was sad. Today will live in infamy, right alongside the day when the Prophet Coran disappeared to go up into heaven."

[at that, Jake starts to cry]

OOC: Well, this is just the beginning of the 2nd Neonic Civil War, later to be known as the War of Brothers. Ryo will survive and return to Neo Earth. The Legions, of which there are 25, will break up to follow either the Loyalists, w/Ryo, or the Imperialists, w/Braq.

Pledge your support. Just say which side you want to support in OOC. Heres a little list of what each one believes in:

Ryo:

Peace, unless provoked. We should defend our allies, no matter what they did to get in trouble.

We should help spread Christianity.

A leader's people should always be the first priority, before even ones own life.


Braq:

We should expand Neo Earth's borders, and annex other nations.

Christianity, along w/ religion, should be banned, or at least be seperated from the Goverment.

A leader should look out for the rich people, becuase it is they that will give him loans to conduct his needs.




So, pretty much, A religious, mild-tempered, fun-loving Saint vs. a anti-religion (kinda wierd considering his great-grandfather was a prophet), pro-wealthy people, imperialistic Brother.

So, up to 5 allies for each side. There will be 2 parts: a actual war (which is what you are signing up for), and several Spec. ops missions, which some of you may take part in.

Rain: [firing one last shot into one of the dead assasins] "Well, they were weak."

Ryo: "Yes. We didn't even need grenades."

Rain: [holstering her weapon] "But how the hell do we get off this island?"

Ryo: "I guess we're about 10,000 miles from the Neonic west coast. So, no chance of swimming back." [Ryo laughs]

Rain: [glares at Ryo] "Seriously. We're stuck on a jungle island, we have a total of 3 pistols between us, we have no food, no drinks. THis diplomatic trip just keeps getting better."

Ryo: [reaching into a backpack he took off the plane] "Lets see. We've got 2 gallons of water, some snack bars, and several heavy-duty blankets."

Rain: "Great. I stand corrected. We have food for 2 days. Yep, now I'm having fun."

Ryo: "Well, these assasins had to get to this island somehow. Lets just search the coast. We might find a boat, or a helicopter."

Rain: "Or a bashed up cannoe.

What the hell, it's better then shooting these dead carcasses."

[b]Paul Hope: "Prince Braq, son of Coran II, brother of Ryo-Tan and Cristiny, hier to the Holy Imperial Throne, husband of Princess Tara of Aust, do you pledge to guide Neo Earth in all times of hardships, whether it be famine, war, disease or God's wrath?"

Braq: "I pledge."

Hope: "And to you promise to protect the Neonic people from all dangers?"

Braq: "So I promise."

Hope: "And do you swear to put the neonic people, the neonic culture and the neonic religion before anything else, even your own life?"

Braq: "By God, to that, I swear."

Hope: "Then, I hereby make you Emperor Braq Hortin Jolkin the first, of the Holy Imperial Dominion of Neo Earth."[puts the crown on Braqs head]"Rise, Emp. Braq, so that from this day forth, you may lead us forward to prosperity."

[Braq stands as the people inside the Cathedral clap. Many of the people over Neo Earth aplaud Braq. But, everyone wishes Ryo was still alive]

Due to my alligance to Braq through marrage, of my sister (Emporer Justain has died, Emporer John now regins) Aust is saddned by the death of Ryo but will support Braq in any endevor.

The nation of Phalanix is saddened by the deaths of Ryo and Rain all except Joshua who wants to see bodies before he acnolages the deaths. He would like to know if a search effort is in play.

The Federation of Athel Nora offers it's aid in finding the lost Emperor, dead or alive and gives it's condolences to the people of Neo Earth.

They brought back the only thing they could find of Ryo. Please, if you have small children, cover thier eyes."[He opens a box and, while wearing gloves, pulls out a head by it's hair]"This, my people, is our great saint."[i]"He escaped from the jet and swam towards an island. There, he met savages. Our investigators say that it looked like he putup a grand fight, but was eventually overwelmed. THey recovered Ryo's head from a pike sticking up from the ground."[Braq puts the head away]"No, my people, we have discovered the Ryo is dead. The investigation continues to find the Jet and see what made it crash."

((We have stood by Ryo, and shall remain to do so. Though I sense we are going to be allied with those we would not normally consider friends, because of the religion aspect. This will be interesting indeed. And I would love to do one or more of the SpecOps missions, it would tie in perfectly with one of my current threads.))

Plus, we could limit the number of forces the Loyalists send.

OOC: The Loyalists would only be able to send a few special ops teams while the imperialists would be able to send thousands of men.

The Goverment would like to make additional testsbefore we declare the missing emperor dead, if it would be possible for our experts to check the "remains" and cancel any chance of a mistake.
Also our goverment announces that we will continue to search the area of the crash untill the missing empeross is found, dead our alive.

Near the suspected crash sight:
A small number of spy planes continue to sweep the area and the sorounding islands examing anything that looks promising through sattelite.
Nearby the "ANS Dagov" is ready to send out on any otice rescue teams.

OOC: I havn't been able to get on for a while, but it's working agian, so, here we go.

Spring breaks about to begin, so that gives me mnore time. but I am going to my relitives, so less time. I'll try to get on as much as possible.

(30 men kneel before Braqs throne. 25 of them are the heads of the legions, while 1 is the head of the navy, one is the head of the airforce, one is the head of Spec. Ops. and the last 2 are the heads of intelligiance and the Neonic Space Administration [NSA])

Braq: [i]"Who do you swear the utmost loyalty to?"

The leaders (in unison): "To the Almighty and to the Divine Emperor Braq Jolkin of Neo Earth!"

Braq: "Who do you swear to serve under any circumstance, whether it be the life of your family, your soldiers or even you?"

the leaders: "To the Supreme Lord of the Universe, and to the Divine Emperor Braq Jolkin of Neo Earth!"

Braq: "And you do you swear to follow, be it to the ends of the earth, certain death, or Hell itself?"

leaders: "The one God and his Messiah, Jesus Christ, and the heir to the Prophet Coran, the Divine Emperor Braq Jolkin of Neo Earth, the 5th emperor to sit on the holy throne!"

Braq: "Then I will take your oaths of loyalty to me, and renew your positions. However, should you go agianst them, I will personally send to the tribunal of God, so He may decide the eternal punishment of those that are teacherous and break the Code of the Templar. Go now, and lead our soldiers to victory!"



[The Jungle Island]

[Ryo and Rain look for any boat that brought the assasins to the island, but are in vain. Unfortunatly, Braq gave Athel Nora's search crews the wrong coordinates, hoping that by the time they find out that they are in the wrong spot, his "investigation team" will have made sure Ryo and Rain are dead]

[on the beach]

Rain: "This is completly worthless. No boat, no radio, even the SAM-site was destoried thanks to it being linked to those bastards!" [Rain spits at the ground in thier memory, then drops down to sit on the beach]

Ryo: "May God give them what they deserve." [he too, spits and sits down]

"The only thing left for me to do is pray." [Rain shoots him a look like "Yeah, that will help", but he doesn't notice. He starts praying]

Rain: "Well, while you do that, I'm going for a walk."

[Ryo continues to pray. All of a sudden, he jumps up]

Ryo: [graps Rain's hand] "Beloved, I know where it is! COme, follow me!"

[suprised by Ryo's sudden inspiration, Rain is speachless]

[he pulls her to a cliff, and shows her the boat. It is suspended from the cliff, painted to look like rock]

Rain: "Nice. That was pretty good! How on earth did you know?"

Ryo: "God showed me! God always helps the faithfull!"

[before Rain says anything, he grabs her, and plants a passionate kiss. Once that moment is over, he opens his backpack, grabs rope, and...]

Ryo: "Want to rappel?"





OOC: not much of a romantic writer, but I get the point across.

OOC: Ok then, since no else is joining, we will jsut move on. Lets see, out of the 25 legions, 3 are in DT (to help defend it), 1 is on foriegn islands (forgot where), 2 are in Gonarc, a Neo Earth colony, and 1 is in Okenia, a colony of Islands.

That leaves 18 legions. 10 will join Braq (but, should the longer Ryo lives, the more that will join him), while the other 8 join Ryo.

So, this will start tommorrow. i will send a T-GRAM to everyone with the link.

IC:

[A Neonic Frigate passes threw the water. It is nigt, and the spotlights are on full blast. Emp. Braq doesn't know of the frigate's mission, as Lord Admiral Yrout Dortiyn, head of the Navy, doesn't trust him.

The Frigate comes across a small boat, rowed by thier Saint...]





Legionairre: [bursts into the throne room]i]"Sire, I beg your pardon, but I come with important news."

Braq: "What the hell could be more important then my work?"

Legionairre: "St. Ryo has returned!"

[Braq stares dumbfounded at the soldier. His hands dig into the throne. His body trembles from what could either be suprise or emmense anger. Or both]

Braq: "My..my...brother?" [his mouth goes dry, forcing him to take a small break]

Legionairre: "Yes, sire! It's amazing. A Frigate from the navy was out at see and found him in a little boat. He is being transported by helicopter from the shipyards at Military Base "Talshin"."

Braq: "Does..does... Does anyone know about this?"

Legionairre: "Well, the Lord Admiral does, along with the frigate's crew. The military base "Talshin". Everyone there. You, me, Emperoress Tara of Aust, as I have told the two of you just know. And the intelligiance of the Imperial Palce."

Braq: "And the public?" [by this time, Braq is trembling violently]

Legionairre: [he starts getting worried by Braq's reactions] "Uh, no...sir. They do not know. It is, after all, 11 o'clock. Are you okay, sire?"

Braq: [to himself] "How could my assasins fail? And my investigation team? This is all going wrong! I need a plan..."

Voice in Braq's ear: "It's okay. This won't slow down our take-over, much. Just saw you have recieved intel that a clone was made of Ryo years back, and it's creator intends to use it to take-over the throne. Imprison Ryo, and later, kill him."

Braq: [whispers to a secret mike on his vest] "And if they ask to see the intel?"

Voice: "Leave that to me."

OOC:Would it be posible to have a Phalanix rep at that basse at the time?

OOC: Sure. During Emp. Coran II's and St. Ryo's reign Phalanix was considered our closest ally (especially during Ryo's). Phalanix has free-trade, Rights of Passage, pretty much everything with Neo Earth.

Braq hasn't thought of removing those yet (the fool).

OOC:Sweet. Time to have some fun. Besides I think it is time I start placing my clone's.....(don't ask)
IC:Joshua had only been sent to Neo Earth a few weeks before Ryo and Rain went missing. He quickly strapped his pistol to his uniform's belt (standard camo black and white) when he relized that the pistol wasn'tloaded. "Damn it," he curses under his breath as he pulls it from it's holster and loads it. "Why did they make me so young?" he mumbles to himself as he places he pistol back and grabs his uniform's hat (a beret all black with a few white camo lines.)

OOC: they didn't take the time to inform us that they're found?, not nice...
oh well.

Is Ryo going to stuck on that island or someone is going to pick him up before they starve to death?

OCC: How long till their found.

IC:Aust request permission to send 6000 Aust Troopers and 1 tank corp to NEo Earth to defend it.

[a soldier walks up to Joshua]

Legionairre: "Greetings, sir. While Before his diappearance, Ryo informed me that should I meet you, I help you in all necessity. Is there anything you need?"

"I'm fine. Just hope they sent that package of better equipment," Joshua says as he streches. He'd been stiff for a while, most likley a comon side effect of his treatment. "When do the two get here?"
