Dear Rulers,

This is an invitation to the first meeting of the Synod of Greater Prussia! This is going to be an institution within the region that will allow the development of leadership abilities of your church leaders, share ministry ideas and techniques, and in the end raise overall morale of the Family of Christ within the region. It is our hope that this will raise the standards of Christian ethics and evangalism needed to reach those with the Truth who need it most.

Our first order of business will be to elect elders to represent each nation within our beloved region. These elders will be the voice of each region within the Synod. There will be no "head" elder, each elder will have equal say on topics, and will allow the Synod to vote a single vote on Regional issues that arise.

As Regional Chaplain, the elder of Christimiles will represent the Synod within the Estates General, casting the vote in whatever direction the Synod, as a whole, chooses within this assembly.

Dear friends! It is wonderful that you have decided to join us! We hope to make this Synod something to be envied by other regions. Our primary focus will be the development of leadership qualities and ministries within the regional churches, but our first order of business will be to elect an elder to represent each nation as a ruling body within the Synod.

We have been granted a seat in the Estates General, giving us one vote on all regional topics. The elders for each nation may be chosen by the peoples of that nation (although if you would like a regional consensus, you are more than free to request a vote), however, because the elder of Christimiles will be the representative of the entire Synod within the Estates General, all nations participating within the Synod will be given the chance to vote for him/her. There are five Elder elects currently, and they will each announce their intentions and goals in the next few days.

We hope that this assembly will become an institution within the region and that all nations will participate. All nations will be allowed to present a topic for discussion. Anything from training to ministry opportunities.

So if you would, please announce who your elder is, or if you would like for a regional vote you are free to announce that here as well. We hope to have a large turn out.

The Empire of the Iron Eagle of Akilliam will not, at this time, be able to send a representative for two reasons: 1) We do not have a national religion, or one religion that can claim dominance. 2) We are not in favor of the idea of what appears to be a state religion.

However, we do urge our brothers to follow their hearts in this matter. It is, ultimately, a matter of beliefs.

This Synod is not to establish a State Religion! This point cannot be stressed enough. If you still do not wish to attend, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that, but if you have no state religion that is not a problem either. We are not here to establish rule of any sort! Yes, the Synod will be allowed a vote within the Estates General, but that is only as a reflection of all believers in God and Christ Jesus in the region.

Please do not be turned away because you fear future oppression! The Roman Catholic Church has taught the human race what can happen when a single religion, based on good principles, begins to impose rules and regulations upon the masses, and this assembly will not impose any rule, of any kind, upon the citizens of any nation. This is primarily to be a forum of religious discussion. The elders are merely to be official representatives to decide how this Synod will vote within the Estates General--nothing more. They will have no real, physical power.
