*It is day, and the NOD fleet carry's it's Troops and equipment to flee earth.

they are ferryed up to the orbiting station and the people are transphered to Sleeper ships, a NOD captian looks out the veiwport at what was his home, now compleatly destroyed by Tiberium Meteors, they had struck the Tiberium Missile Silos and caused a chain reaction that made their lands uninhabitable.


He looks out the window and a tear rolls down his eye, he then reports to the ship he was assigned to and enters his sleepchamber, the sleeperships are massive, capable of carrying the entire Organization and it's weaponry is automated.


one by one the ships launch and it's people go into coldsleep, they dream of a new world, a world where they can hide and live in peace once more, no war with others, no death except natural death, the brotherhood had fallen on earth, now they witness their rebirth on a new world

On the NSF (NOD Sleeper Frieghter) Kane it's captian stares one last time on at the bridge of the sleepership*

Captian Vorta: This is it, we shall witness our rebirth, a new chapter in NOD history and another step towards the Tiberium Future, one vision, one purpous.

*he leaves the bridge and reports to his sleepchamber, then once all are asleep on the arks of NOD the ships move out, to their destination and they sleep peacfully, not a care in the world except one, how long?*

Not long aftward, a Modified Buran Space Shuttle with a Experimental Sub-Space Drive attaches itself to the Sleeper Ship, then going into Theoretical Sub-Space.

It exits in the Nova Kretani System, lone system of Nodea Rudav, The Komodren and Birthright Human race living side by side. It awaits their awakening to see the planet Novar, a blue planet with one lagre contential landmass that the Colony of Nodea Rudav was built on.

They would see a new future, perhaps on another planet in the system, perhaps on Novar. Time would tell, as two Star Sabre gently came side the sleeper ship, waiting as long as it required.

Soon, the other sleeper ships followed, and they awaited, awaited to see if their ally would be able to wake in time to view the beauty of the New Homeworld of the Komodren.

*The Computer senses it's heading is wrong and it changes it back to it's original, to the planet only known to NOD Forces as OA-221 Alpha 3, but called by the colonists as Requlliam

it continues it journey, and the timers for the sleeppods are reset, but they are alittle closer to their destination.

The computer sends Maintenance Bots that look like mechanical spiders and they deattach the drives from the hulls of the ships and the Comm array sends out this one message, generated by the computer*

*Then the computer resumes it's normal functions and maintains the ship using Matinance Bot's, they ignore the planets nearby and continue their voyage*

Wait, what about your troops in the ANL. The civil war is almost over and they may return home. Shall we tranport them now or what? (they have already recived their medals for thier service.)

*The Computer detects it's destination, just up ahead, they have been going on for 400 years, and they had finally reached the planet fortold by Tabris

The Computers start to bring the crews out of statis, and the computer put's the computer in orbit of the world.

The Planet below them is filled with life, very much earthlike, peacful, undistirbed and no signs of destabilization in the suns core.

But on the planet there are ruins, the ruins of old city's who's people had just entered a new Genetic age, now all the citys are just rubble, ruined, destroyed.

But NOD Forces didn't mind this, they shall rebuild the city and prosper forever here without fear


one by one the crewmen and officers came out of Coldsleep


About 3 hours later they where ready and they started sending scouting party's to look for a place to build the first city

"This is Scout AA-IVA to NOD we have found what appears to be what's left of a old cloning facility, we have found many cloning tanks and request further orders"


"This is NOD, we read you and are sending scientists to examine the technology immeadiatly, your site shall be where the first research colony will be, good work"

*in 2 day's a small settlment was build, NOD Soldiers get everything ready and they start research to regain faster then light technology which they lost 500 years ago.

the NOD recruiting center left on earth continues to gain supporters and Manpower*

A Techon observation shuttle reached the system, it hovered over the planet, watching the NOD 'primitives' set up the settlement'
"Record all feed from this, we could form a documentary," The captain said. "It could be interesting."
"Yes sir!" A tech said.

OOC: No I mean no offense, it is just that Techon has been space bound for sometime, and they never got around to documenting it, so they are doing a documentary on you to see what you will do. No offense at all.

The satalite cameras were positioned, and everything was ready for the documentary.
"Sir," A tech said.
"What?" The captain Nickolas Edwards asked.
"Wouldn't it be more interesting if a few of us went down there?"
"That is a brilliant idea," Nick said. "Steve, Jeff get ready to go down there, and bring Aaron, and Wess with you."
"Ok," Jeff said with a smile as he ran out of the room, Steve followng.

*The Colonists first create their food storage compartments so it dosn't spoil.

The Colonists know there's a ship in orbit beacuse the Sleepership detected it on sensors, but they ignore it and the former organization, now a true nation work to create a better future for themselves.

Their Govenor and former inner Circle member named Black, Ganon Aiada looks over hsi people smiling*

"Govenor Aiada?"

*he turns to a young NOD Soldier*

"Yes Soldier? what is it this time?"

*The Trooper stands at attention*

"Sir, the recloning is proceding as schedualed, soon Tabris Anobi will be reborn, and his memory will be intact...sir"

*The Govenor nods and his smile widens*

"no signs of rejection?"

*he looks hopefully at the soldier*

"no sir, it's going as planned, no rejection as of yet"

*This brings the govenor to a even bigger smile*

"Excellent! now how's work on the colony going?"

*The soldier is more then happy to change the subject*

"All Civilians have been transported into the city, and all is going acording to plan, we just got the medical Center operational and the Food storage compartments are also online"

*The govenor nods and waves his hand for the soldier to leave, the soldier leaves the office and walks down the hall.*

The shuttle descends through the planet atmosphere, it comes through and soars through the air for a little bit. After a while it lands a mile away from the encampment, the four men get out.
"We are doing a documentary on a primitive nation that came from, Eorth," Wess asked.
"No not Eorth, Earth, I guess it is a major planet from where many of the human race descended from, except us, and a few others." Steve explained.
"Lucky us, well lets spook them with all this high tech equipment," Wess said.
Chris Aaron hit a button and the hovercart floated into the air, with all the supplies on it. They then started the treck towards the encampment.

*They detect them on sensors and send a patrol out to escort them off the planets, 3 Shortrange Tie Fighters launch from the sleepership nad glide towards the shuttle, they see it land and they signal to the millitary that they'll need a patrol to come out here and deal with their visitors on the ground


A patrol walks down the road carrying Pulserifles and one with a stun Baton, they see the cart and raise their weapons, they call in for a Lambda class shuttle to bring in more PulseTroopers, a shuttle with 20 PulseTroopers launches, it's ETA 3 minutes to landing

one of the PatrolTroopers near the cart shouts out to the men

"HALT! You are intruding on a NOD World, please leave and do not return without authorization"

*all 4 of them raise their PulseRifles at the hovercraft and swich to armor-peircing bullets*

"So, so," Jeff said, still laughing. "Just because you landed here makes it yours?"
"Yah, I mean if you threaten us, or kill us, Techon could have a fleet here within a matter of days, taking out your civilization," Wess said.
"Techon is way more advanced than you, we have been travelling through space for the past thousand years, according to the archives, Earth was still using swords and bows." Aaron said.
"Plus," Steve added. "We have energy shields on, your weapons would be almost useless, We just came here because we were going to do a documentary on you."
"Also, this system, the Ghool system is on the edge of Techon space." Jeff said. "So put your weapons down soldier men, we come in peace."

*The Soldiers look to eachother then they burst out laughing

The lead soldier stops laughing and looks at the intruders*

"You think of us as primatives, well much has changed since you boy's where on a joyride in the galaxy, about 400 or 500 years ago our civilization on earth created WARP technology, we used to explore the galaxy until the fourth Tiberium Meteor impact, which destroyed much of our people"

*The Soldier Stares him in the eye*
"And besides, this isn't the Ghool system at all, we passed that system 20 years ago, inotherwords, you missed, this is the Requillium system, and we do not see your name on this planet so it's ours, now if you would please leave before our Tie Fighters get here, we may have lost warp technology but we still have our turbolaser's and lasercannons left."

*With that the soldiers turn and leave, they are picked up by the shuttle, the intruders can hear the howl of the Tie fighters ION engines as they get closer*

"The WARP? It was you guys who created that?!" Jeff laughed. "It was only the most ridiculed thing for ages, Galatic Council had a big laugh about it."
"Also, this is the Ghool system," Steve said. He pulled out a Galaxy-Map, with tracking systems, a little red dot beeped, and he zoomed in on it. "You are about two hundred parsecs away from the Requillium system. Our scanners are more advanced, and even if you did leave Earth 400 years ago or whatever, we are still over 500 years more advanced."
"Well the primitives are getting anooyed," Wess said. "Lets head back."
The shuttle that took them down flew overhead, and they loaded up. They then took off, but made sure to take plenty of photographs of the city as they flew overhead.

They arrived back onto the Science Vessel, the Scientific Solon. Nicholas came up to them.
"Aww, back already?" He asked.
"Well it appears that the saying is true, it is only true observation if you don't interact with the species. It appears that the 'humans' get annoyed easily. We didn't even get to find out what the NOD stood for." Aaron said. "They just kept threating us."
"Well we could have a fleet come here," Nick said.
"Would probably help, there is no way that they could beat a entire fleet," Jeff said.
Nick pulled out a holo-link. In perfect quality feed of a techs head appeared. "Yes?" The tech asked.
"Have them send in a fleet, it appears these people are a little cocky," Nick ordered.
"Yessir," The tech replied.

"The WARP? It was you guys who created that?!" Jeff laughed. "It was only the most ridiculed thing for ages, Galatic Council had a big laugh about it."

*The Colony's Govenor recives word of these annoying pests, he pulls up a sub-space link to Kaderba, who has a large fleet of Advanced Starships*

"Kaderba, we need you to send the fleet to Requillium, we are being watched and i do not want anymore unexpected visitors here, just deal with the threat ASAP"

*He encodes the signal and sends it, he awaits the return signal

He calls 2 of his other Inner Circle members, Yellow and Purple *

"Listen, i want you to tell your people to start construction on the Ground to Space Distruptorcannons now, and start construction on more Tie Fighters and some of those new Tie Bombers, i get a feeling we are in trouble"

*They send their acknoledgements and they start construction

Within 2 day's they have 12 of them placed around the city, in stratigic points, they dig underground shelters for the small civilian population that came with them and all soldiers are placed on full alert.*

[OOC: You know, I am not planning on attacking, I am bringing them here just in case you attack. My guys are just here because this is interesting news to the people, plus this is on the edge of Techon space. And with your reactions to four guys and a cart of camera equipment, I don't think you want any diplomacy. If you try to attack, I just might have to call in Nanakaland, LRR, and SAVXIII]

Grand Admiral Liaarum looks to a ordinary admiral of the starfleet
" I want 20 Miranda-class Destroyers there PRONTO! and send 2 of our Akira Cruisers also, make sure they'r heavily armed and keep all starships away from the planet, and i mean ALL!"


Admiral Gorthan nods and signals the third fleet that they'r going to NOD Forces territory, about 1 hour later the fleet jumps to warp, it's ETA is 1 day.3 hours and 23 minutes.

The inter-galactic space cruiser, the Durandal, arrives on the scene. Intel Officers in the Durandal and the UMN intercept several primitive Nod Messages that are being sent through hyperspace.

"This is the Durandal" said the Intel Officer through the UMN galactic communication system to a UMN operator "We have just intercepted a very old message that is traveling through hyperspace, on..." The Intel Officer checks out several hundred interstellar frequencies until stopping at a frequency near the bottom of the list. "We have intercepted a message is trying to be sent through a frequency over 400 years old...And guess who is trying to send it..." "Nod Forces" answered the UMN operator "We just ran a check on them and Intel shows data of their departure from earth...It seems that we were or still are allies with them...I can't believe -Noir- is this old...I wonder if I had any ancestors that can remember Nod Forces..." "Now don't get off topic" replied the Intel Officer. "Ahem...I suggest that you just observe what they are doing on that planet for the time being, until we get more information from Vector Corp. and GFF, at New Jerusalem, and from the Foundation." OOC: hey dont drag me into this conflict...im neutral...anyways....the Durandal is an inter-galactic city, not to be mistaken with space colonies, with civilians and everything...even a separate local police force...

size-wise, the Durandal has the personnel capacity of a small city, and it is LONG!!! if you have played "Xenosaga" you will understand...

simply, it can dwarf any of your military vessels because of the large need for life support for the large civilian population

but the Durandal does have military personel on board...since it is also part fighting vessel...

FYI: dont call this godmodding, you would know that what i am saying is accurate, if you played the game...check the internet if you want to find info on the Durandal...
