OOC: Damn, I have been playing WWX to much. But, I'm back (I hope).

Any major things happen in the last 2 months?

Today, after a long period of being shut out from the rest of the world, Emperor Ryo-Tan has delcared that the emergancy-state that Neo Earth was in is over, and that Neo Earth is ready to interact with the international community.

The People of Cyberutopia express their happiness that Neo Earth has shed it's isolation, and they hope to reopen channels of trade and diplomacy soon.

Speaking of which, do you want your embassy (which isn't a radioactive puddle) to be used agian?

If it is still operational, there is no reason to build a new one, is there? It is also comforting to know that you, unlike us, kept the other's embassy safe.
