" The people shall have but not lead, the leaders shall lead but not have"
These are the simplistic words that govern the ways of the Popular Zenith.
The Popular Caste shall be responsible for the continuing of the state as directed by the Leaders of Society. The People may build lives for themselves in peace and prosperity but they will have no say in how society is run. They are the majority caste of society and are often considered responsible for the economic wellbeing of the country. The Popular Caste during training have a wider choice in what they desire to do within the caste than those in the other Castes.
The Leader Caste shall be responsible for all the day to day tasks required in the running of the state. They will have power over their respective districts and are responsible for the people they rule. They are chosen from the most intelligent of children and they are taught further in administrative and leadership skills that are required of leaders. They are forbidden to own possessions above a simple house, a bed, limited furniture and a computer with required internet access (coordination of leadership is vital as is the reception of news and information). Leaders may only marry other leaders......
The Warrior Caste are responsible for the protection of society and the upholding of the law. They are picked from the most just, the most kind and the most physically strong children. They are trained from age 12 in the arts of war, the handling of weapons and hand to hand combat as well as law and enforcement duties. They are under the command of Honourable Lieutenants who report to the local leader; they will obey all instructions that are necessary for the good of society and will not obey instructions that are corrupt or selfserving. The Lieutenants are picked from the most honourable of the Warrior Caste.
The Teachers are responsible for the preparation society, they teach children up to age 12 in the basics of reading, writing and arithmatic as well as a rather general curriculum. At age 12, they assess each of their students and decide which caste they may enter whether it be warrior, popular or leader castes. After age 12, they continue to educate the students in their particular fields.
The Teacher Caste is made up of the most successful people of all castes and this caste is only available to the over-50's.
