The birth of a new region was announced at 1:45pm Thursday 26 February.
Arnotts, founded by The Grand Duchy of Timtamgoddess, is a peaceful biscuit-loving area and greets all newcomers with a cuppa and a Milk Arrowroot.
Nations around the world welcomed the region with the following comment:
"Everyone turns to a biscuit at least once in their life, good to see that nations can now freely express their appreciation for small baked goods... do they come with a coating of chocolate?"

In other news, The Allied States of <censored> and The Kingdom of <censored> have been quiet recently. Neighbours are concerned at their growing population and seemingly dormant governments, some even suspect their officials have taken a holiday! Neither nation has yet surfaced to comment.
