As mentioned during the peace confrence, The Most Glorious Hack is interested in formalizing the relations between our two countries. My recent promotion from a humble delegate to heading our Office of External Affairs has given me the ability to fast-track this procedure.
We are prepared to exchange ambassadors, and finally set our good intentions towards each other into a formal accord. I look forward to your responce, and cannot wait to visit again.
