After an exhaustive candidate search, Paul, a former lawyer, rose out from the bunch, securing the necessary 60% vote on the first ballot, also handily winning re-election in 1998. His biggest achievement was the creation of five vassal states within Roman territory in 1996, which have been running smoothly until this year when Roman forces had to occupy BitingReality because of rebellion. Paul leaves a legacy as a compassionate champion of civil rights and social services, but also one of heavy taxation, which could cost him in this an election year.

Grand Master Roac, Imperial Forces
Roac was born in southern IF, where for the most of his childhood, he hearded sheep and cattle. The only Son of poor parents, he could not go to school. At the age of 10 his mother died and his father got extremely ill, Roac was left for himself. A year later, his father died and he was forced to live with his uncle in Morkovo on southern island of Secker.
He lived there till he was 13 where was able to get a job in a construction company and was able to go school. (the was no age limit of work in old facist IF)
At school, he grew a great interest in politics and the military. After getting a degree in Law and sicence at 22, he got a PHD in Pyshics and Law at Uni at 28 and the joined the military.
He quickly rose in the rakes of the military as a special forces combatant, and at age 35 he joined the Secret Guard, the highest honor in the Imperial Special forces.
He was in there for 6 years till he moved on to tactictions. While there, he grew a strong hate of the current facist government and quickly plotted it's downfall.
After he's success, he placed Grand Master Mistrix as the leader of the IF people. He ruled for 6 years.
After elections, Grand Master Roac was the new GM, at age 49.
