Xanthal has for centuries operated in the open, keeping no secrets from its neighbors in the galaxy except that data regarding the more sensitive parts of the Ministry of Intelligence. Now that has changed. There is a Xanthalian establishment that cannot be found on any map, yet is quite possibly the most important location in the galaxy, if not the Universe. The Universal Temporal Leyline was created through an unintended side effect of a Xanthalian temporal experiment gone awry. The details of this experiment, which has been openly disclosed by the Xanthalian government, can be found in reference file 5898102 of the Xanthalian Ministry of Research and Science database. What you will not learn from those records though, is that after the crisis was over an anomoly was created, the nature of which was not determined until almost a year later.
