When the past catches up... (OPEN RP, scripted to a point)
OOC: Before people start asking what I mean by, "Scripted to a point", it's very VERY simple... I have a basic idea of how this RP will go (Hopefully), but how we get there is up to you. However, I must ask that you only enter this RP if you are dedicated. By this, I mean you will make at least ONE post per day, and remember to say when you can't do anything (Your character is asleep, or whatever). Understand? Yes? Good.

Grimzag ran as fast as he could through the night. His clothes were splattered with blood, mud and snow. At least, the parts that weren't shredded were. He was still trying to understand what was actually happening. He decided that he was still in shock. All he could remember was that one minute he had his regiment with him... then all hell broke loose. What the hell had happened?
But now wasn't the time for thinking. The enemy was still chasing him. He was unarmed; his Eagles had long since fired off all their ammo, his axe was back at his quarters. He had assumed he wouldn't need it, but now... he wished he had it in his hand, ready to hack up anyone who was armed.
He had been running for hours before he stopped and looked around. He was in a deserted street of a quiet, pretty village. All around him were Victorian villas, with potted plants on the window frames. He heard some distant shouts and the sound of boots thudding against the cobbles. He acted quickly, smashing his huge fist through the lock of the front door of a fancy house. He ran in and shut the door behind him.
OOC: If you would like to join in, but aren't sure of what's going on, send me a telegram, and I'll fill in the blanks.

We may need a little more than this to go on Dregruk.

Hint hint bump bump.
Arthur Henkins drove his van down the streets of the town. He had reports on some Deathjaw person, and he was sent to investigate. His car was a old, and beat down one, the only weapon he had was an old revolver, from the early 1900s, he thought the Private Eye life would be exciting, he was wrong. He had never seen any action, the only jobs he was offered were men who wanted him to see if their wives were cheating.
He had a cat Dyna, a beutiful big white fluffball, who was rather smart actually.
He had on a trenchcoat, and a hat, that all those old fashioned Private eyes always have on.
He saw up ahead on the street a man run into a house very fast, and slam the door.
OOC: And BINGO! We have an RP ready to go. Just in case, I'll get one of my puppets to join in...
IC:
Grimzag panted as he leaned against the door. What the Hell was happening here? Whatever it was, it wasn't in his favour. He stole a peek out of one of the house's windows, to see a man getting out of his car, wearing a trenchcoat and sunglasses and a cat following happily behind him.
An enemy? He wasn't being very subtle... Who was he then?
OH CHRIST! Thought Grimzag angrily, THIS IS HIS FRIGGIN' HOUSE!
"You did WHAT?!" Roared the short man, over the radio. A few seconds of garble (Possibly a man sobbing) came before the reply of,
"We've lost him, sir."
The short man let out a howl of anger.
"HE IS 6' FRIGGIN 9"! HOW THE HELL DID YOU LOSE HIM?!"
"He ran pretty fast, sir. We're still searching the streets."
"GAH!" Erupted the man, in frustration, as he threw the radio out of his tent.
Behind him, a cool, suave voice with a hint of Spanish said, "Problems, Yuriy?"
Yuriy turned around. In front of him stood Roberto Sanchez, the leader of the once-proud Upper-Juniper revolution.
"I want Deathjaw dead more than any man here, Roberto. If I arse this up, the boss'll have my head on a plate. He seems very determined that Deathjaw be put out of our way, once and for all."
"Ah, yes. How is Mr. Lukeifer these days?"
Yuriy grunted and muttered, "How do you think he is? His father was killed and his inheritance, the only decent thing in our country to own, was blown up. All by Deathjaw."
"Uh huh. And why would I want him dead? Let me think... oh, didn't he DESTROY MY ENTIRE UPRISING IN ONE DAY, LEAVING ME FOR DEAD IN THE MIDDLE OF A FOREST?! You're not the only one who wants his head. This plan WILL WORK. I'm sure the other leaders have good reasons for hating him too."
'Come on Dyna," Arthur said.
"Meow," The little cat replied.
Arthur walked up to the door. He looked in thw indow to see a man quickly close the curtain and look away. He knocked.
"Hello?" He called.
Grimzag's mind worked away furiously, trying to think of what to do.
Enemy? Kill him. Innocent? Ignore him. If he lives here... his thoughts were interrupted by the knocking at the door.
Take a risk. The worst comes to the worst, I could take him. No problem. Okay, go for it...
In a lightning fast movement, Grimzag flung open the door, grabbed Arthur, pulled him into the hall, slammed the door shut and held him a few feet off the ground (by his trenchcoat's collar) against the wall.
"Who are you?" He growled savagely, "What are you doing here? You are in a helluva lot of trouble, buddy. Start talking. And get this damn cat off my leg!"
The cat pawed at Grimzag's leg.
"I am in a hell of a lot of trouble, I haven't done a damn thing," Arthur said calmly. "May I ask if it is a custom for owners of a house to pull a man in by the collar, and slam them against walls. Or is it just a cutom for people like you?"
Dyna pawed one last time, and then walked off five feet, and curled into a ball on the floor, purring, obviously finding rest more exciting than the protection of her master.
I'm the owner? Since when did I own a... hang on...
Grimzag relaxed and dropped Arthur.
"Okay, let's get one thing straight. I don't own this house. I am the Warchief of Dregruk, and right now we're both knee-deep in trouble. There are lots of people that I don't know trying to kill me for a reason I don't know. Care to shed some light, or do I have to make you?"
"well, that explains a lot." Arthur said. "Grimzag I presume, yes well for one thing. You aren't exactly the most reliable person, or the nicest. In the report I read you had backstabbed people several times, and that makes you enemies. I was sen here to investigate, but I want to solve this in the least harmful way."
Dyna looked at the window, where a man secretly peered in. She meowed, and he dissapeared.
"Listen, buddy, I don't backstab. There's always a chance it'll not work. I annihilate. If a few freaks that I wasted are still alive, then I've got some major problems on my hands. Not only that, but YOU will too. They won't be wanting any witnesses, and you just fell right into that category. So it looks like you're my problem, now."
"And how am I your problem?" Arthur asked politely. "If I recall you are my problem, I drove all the way out here. Not to be killed mind you."
"You are my problem because there are large amounts of soldiers trying to kill me. And if they get ME, they'll have to kill you. And if they don't get me, they'll probably still try to get YOU. And I don't want either to happen."
"You are my problem because there are large amounts of soldiers trying to kill me. And if they get ME, they'll have to kill you. And if they don't get me, they'll probably still try to get YOU. And I don't want either to happen."
"Ok, I still don't really get why, but I will try to help you," Arthur said.
"The only way you can help me is to start talking. First, how the Hell did you know my name?"
"Easy," Arthur said. "You have a high price on your head. I am a private eye, I was hired by someone to find you."
Dyna meowed softly at the window again.
"Uh huh. Number two, why are.... GET DOWN!" Grimzag yelled, diving into Arthur and knocking him to the ground, as a hail of gunfire tore through the house's walls.
"Stay put, and don't move a muscle. This won't take long, but it won't be pretty." He muttered, picking up a broken piece of wood.
(Hope this doesn't mess things up)
Dr. Steven Kinsey was sitting in his lounger behind the desks in his wood-paneled office. The desk was separated from the rest of the office with a translucent partition. He eyed his psychiatry diplomas, made out the outlines of the couch, chair, and door that made up the rest of the office, and went back to the report he was reading.
It was from that inspector he hired. The guy had said that he would make another report that day, but Kinsey was impatient.
"Time to see if he's found my rogue patient yet..."
He picked up the phone.

Defenceless Marines

The marines dressed in green body armour tore into the side of the building with light arms. They were marked with the insignia of Defenceless Marines. Known for their numbers and not their accuray - but strangly for surviving insurmountable odds.
Grimzag padded along the hall, spotting a glint of green body armour, and the insignia upon it.
Them again? Don't they ever learn?
"I need a distraction..." He thought out loud. Spying a shoe lying on the floor, Grimzag picked it up and hurled it through one of the house's windows. As the huge smash rang out through the house, Grimzag ran towards the house's kitchen, picking Arthur up roughly by the collar.
Arthur felt himself pulled by the collar. He hit his head when he was tackled, and he was a little dazed. When he was pulled into the kitchen the first thing he saw was Dyna, hiding behind a refrigerator, hair raised on her back. He crawled over to her, and tried to pet her.
"Its ok Dyna," He said to her, then looking back at Grimzag. "So, who is it knocking at your door this time?"
[OOC:Genevica, I don't care who hired me really, I was worrying about who I would say did, so sure your charactor is more than welcome hiring mine.]
Kinsey opened his desk drawer, took out his address book and flipped to the business card section.
He began to dial Arthur's number.
Arthur was hiding behind a table he had thrown over. Dyna was on his lap, giving those evil meows cats give when they are scared or frightened.
His phone rang.
"Perfect timing," He said to himself. He flipped it open, and over all the gunfire he yelled. "What?"
Kinsey jerked the phone away from his head as he heard the outburst, and the accompanying.... gunfire?
"Arthur?! What is going on??? Have you found him yet?" Kinsey yelled.

The marines ceased fire and after communications from each individual they moved on the house, hoping to catch anyone left alive in a crossfire.
Kinsey jerked the phone away from his head as he heard the outburst, and the accompanying.... gunfire?
"Arthur?! What is going on??? Have you found him yet?" Kinsey yelled.
"What? Oh yah, this is me Arthur, umm, right now everything is fine, Oh yah," He said into the phone. "Somebody is just trying to kill Grimjaw, oh yah, he is right here. Perfectly safe nothing has happened to him."
Then he noticed the gunfire stop, and then he heard the door open. "Oh no," He said, and Dyna gave another evil meow.
"KILL???!!!" Kinsey gasped out as he clutched his coffee mug too hard and it spilled all over his hand. He uttered some expletives, cleaned up the mess and turned his head back to the phone.
"No, Grimjaw is never perfectly safe. He'll never be perfectly safe until you get him in my office. I know I never called for actual retrieval, but if he's really ticked off the wrong people..."
He paused and heard the gunfire stop.
He heard Arthur's whisper and pulled out his cell.
This was going to get ugly.
Grimzag made a mental note of where the hinges were on the kitchen door, before pressing himself against the wall the door was built into. He raised the piece of wood, waiting for the first marine unlucky enough to come through the door.

The unlucky marine slowly entered the room, scanning the debris for survivors. The nearby men heard a whump, a snap, and then a collapse of armour and weaponry onto the floor. The closest yelled "Man Down!" and opened fire on the door. Bullets ripped once more through the stone and wood as the rest opend fire.
Arthur jumped in his seat when the bullet fire begun again. He felt defenceless.
Then somnething in his mind said. Hey fool, you have a gun!
He remembered Oh yeah
Dyna walked off his lap, and lied on the ground, ears low, and voice box growling.
He popped up from behind the table for three seconds, and fired his revolver three times at the marines.
Grimzag fell to the ground as bullets whizzed around the room. The first Marine now had a stump of wood embedded in his chest, and his gun was lying around somewhere... Grimzag began crawling on the floor, trying to find the fallen weapon to make returning fire himself.
Finally, Grimzag found the gun. He grabbed it and aimed it at the Marines. He pulled the trigger. After a couple of rounds, it suddenly stopped.

WTF?! Did you... did you just USE MY CHARACTER in the middle of an RP?

The marines poured into the room from all angles. Meanwhile, in an atmosphere dropship miles above, four marines were listening to the backup cries from below.
"Its that bloody Grimzag!"
"Get us down there now!"
The dropship went into a sheer drop, the underside blazing white at reentry speeds.
Arthur saw them pour in, and he was just one bullet away from empty.
"Not good," He said to himself. "Dyna, get yourself out of here."
The cat meowed in responce, and ran into a vent, which was busted open from the recent marine fire.
She ran all the way through it, untill she reached an opening, she crawled out and was in the basement. She hurried along the floor, her white coat of fur slightly black from dust. She ran into a open hole in the wall, running across the dirt covered floor she went through a grate, which led outside. Once out, she hopped down a man hole. Luckily for her the water was only an inch deep, so she ran along the side of it, to stay clean. She soon made her way out a circular entrance, and found herself in a forst, right beside a river that the sewer water poured into.

The Dropships thrusters fired, the wing mounted engines swivelled downwards.
The moment the dropship stopped moving - hovering a few feet above ground level - Chief radioed for the team in the house to pull back.
Grimzag was remembering what he was good at: Killing everything that moved. He had picked up two of the Marines' assault rifles and was walking after them, spraying bullets at them and yelling, "YEAH! EAT HOT DEATH!"

Through the gunfire one of the marines caught the order over the comms and shouted over the guns' chatter for the team to pull back. The ones inside the room with Grimzag didn't have a chance, but the few marines outside managed to slink off before being seen.
Grimzag stopped firing and looked out onto the street. Gone. They were all GONE. Back to questioning Arthur, then.
He turned around and started stepping over the piled corpses in the hall. He kicked open the door to the kitchen.
"Start talking, chipmunk. Who was on the phone for you? Hmm?" He raised the rifle, "Or do you need help talking?"
"Chipmunk? That is new, ok my client was on the phone, his name is Kinsey or something he hired me to find you, I origanally was going to turn it down, but he offered me 800 million, so of course I didn't," Arthur explained, watching the vent the whole time, wondering if Dyna was safe.
"800 million? For tracking me down? What do you know about this Kinsey?"
"I know that he is a male, and that is it," Arthur replied.
"Phone him back. Tell him I was killed in the gunfight and you need to speak with him. Then we'll see who this 'Kinsey' is."
Arthur reluctantly picked up his phone, after seeing Grimzag in battle, he didn't want to get on his bad side.
He dialled Kinsey's number, and it started to ring.
OOC: Is still waiting for the guy to pick up his damn phone...
[OOC: I will take over for the guy.]
Kinsey heard his office phone ring, he picked it up.
"Hello?" He asked.
"Hi this is Arthur, you know you PI, anyway, this Grimzag Deathjaw, well I hate to report this but he is dead."
"Dead?"
"Yah, that is what I said isn't it? Anyways, I am still out here, and some stuff needs to be fixed, I lost my cat. So I will be out here for a while, bye."

A young catwoman stepped out of her bedroom, clothed only in a silken evening gown, yawned sleepily, and observed the horrendous damage to her kitchen.
"Um, is there a reason my kitchen has become the newest site for the gun expo?" She asked, glaring at the two strange men in her kitchen.
"Umm...." Arthur said, stunned by her grace and appearance. "hey, uh, Grimzag, why don't you explain it to her."

"I would much rather if you told me now. I don't know what the custom is where you came from, but around here, you don't shred someone's home." She said with silky darkness.
The beautiful catwoman took a single step, swiping a pistol from the counter and sticking it in Arthur's face.
"I'll ask nicely one more time..." She grinned, one of her canines resting evily on her lower lip.
