To whom it may concern:

Hello to the rest of the world from The People's Republic of Tuambre. I am the newly-elected President of Tuambre, Tony Montana. Our country left the North Pacific due to their views on our political and economic standings. We created Tuambre to escape their mindless world. I have been the President of Tuambre for over a year and have cut us off from the outside world. We are not a member on the United Nations and do not plan on becoming one. We rule ourselves and will not be forced to see their views as our own.

We now have a strong central government and have improved our political and economic standing. We have recently opened our region, Island of Tuambre, to others. If you are looking for a new region please consider ours. We have no drug laws and believe that the purpose of government is to protect people's rights. We are open to people with drug laws but not open to the oppression of human rights.

If you would like to find a new region to move to please check the Island of Tuambre out, and if you like what you see send me a telegram. If I recieve a telegam I will check into your country and consider accepting you into our region.

Hello:

As the President of the People's Republic of Tuambre, we have now legalized all drugs and prostitution. Marijuana has now been banned in all public areas except for those restraunts that specialize in it. You may be under the influence of this drug, but not use it in public areas. Also Driving Under the Influence is still banned.

As the Budget issue has been solved, police and national security will be our first priority, then healthcare, and then education.
