The Theocracy of Vahltania
Vahltania

Hail thee, oh truthful and sovereign rulers!
The special delegation of Vahltania wishes to announce to thee the arrival of a new enlightened and vigilant-peaceful state.
Vahltania is situated in a tranquil region, with great climates and exquisite cuisines (especially renowned is the Vahltanian berry-pancake).
The Great Antarian Continent is a vast continent, with in the West a temperate, coastal climate. In the Centre, in which Vahltania City (Vahltanyustórrh) is situated, a warm, dry land climate, with many heaven-sent life-bringing rivers. And in the East an almost inhabitable mountainous area, from which the nomadic founders of Vahltania City (including the legendary Morluth) came from. More about the history of Vahltania shall be told later on.
Many peoples and states are joined by the peaceful religion/philosophy spread by the goddess Vahltá and her priests. Vahltá is still present in Vahltania City, giving daily advise and comfort to those who seek it.
If you seek a friendly neighbour, then the people of Vahltania joyfully will invite you to settle thine state on our blessed grounds.
May the truthful beauty be shown to thee,
Zaddkuòr,
Head Priest of the Temple of Vahltá and Vahltanian Minister of Foreign Affairs
Infidels! Followers of a false diety! Why should the followers of Fendar not destroy thee?
Sarkol, High Priest of Tobal, Servant of Fendar.
OOC: Besides the fact that I would be crushed if I tried, of course....

Vahltá has spoken: "condemn neither a brook nor a fountain for their common source".
She has declared not to be the only power in this universe. Neither has She proclaimed herself to be the most powerful. Those who follow Her words can understand that all earthly powers, all divine forces, all deities can be employed in finding the final state of truthful beauty or beauteous truth.
We Vahltanians do understand your conviction of Fendar. Although the highest state of being is peace, we even see violence as an indispensable force, which must not be excluded or suppressed. Like a forest fire that makes the soil fertile, destructive powers are essential for growth. When repressed, violence can be as uncontrollable as an underground oil fire.
We therefore see no harm in the existence of both Fendar and Vahltá. May be both be praised!

Praised be thee, Your Excellency and dear friend!
It is no surprise to our nation that thou hast made a wise and sincere decision, recognising Vahltá as a deity of varied qualities and powers. We are pleased with thine interest and if ever thou seekest guidance, the Temple of Vahltá is open and listening.
Our heart is also open to matters of earthly actions, such as treaties of commerce and exchange of intelligence and technology. It would seem very sensible to keep our two splendid nations in close contact in these affairs.
Your friend,
Zaddkuòr,
Head Priest of the Temple of Vahltá and Vahltanian Minister of Foreign Affairs

So let it be! Fendar objects not to those who accept Him. I wish thee good fortune in thine efforts. Should those who do not tolerate the Holy give thee trouble, or threaten thee with force, Tobal will give you what aid we can.
Fendar's blessing upon thee,
-High Priest Sarkol
