Dictator Vladimir Museveni announced this morning that effective immediately the Socialist Republic would safely dispose of all of its biological and chemical weapons within the month. "These weapons are a thing of the past, and pose a danger to everyone if used. They are disgusting, and should not exist. I encourage all nations to do away with such weapons in the intrest of preserving innocent lives."
