We are the United States of New Xanthal. We are a conglomeration of five million former Xanthalians that have renounced our citizenship of the Socialist Republic. We now seek to start a new nation on a planet of our own. We have chosen to split off of Xanthal in the intrest of creating a nation that will operate with much more political and economic freedom than our Socialist brothers and sisters. We have only a fleet of Enkidu and Gilgamesh class transports to take us to our destination, so we are helpless against attack. We are asking for the help of any good nation that believes in the values of free markets and freedom of choice to take pity on our small entity and help to make us into a nation that will stand tall as a monument to what capitalism and political flexibility can achieve. Help us find a home.

While we regret that our comrades have made the decision to leave us, we wish them all the best in finding their own way in the universe. We cannot support a capitalist movement such as this, so it is our wish that they make many allies. They will not be able to protect themselves for a long time yet.

I'm already on friendly terms with Xanthal, so I wish not to get involved with New Xanthal.

Our primary need is for a homeland. Ideally that would be a planet, but we would also be happy for a continent on a planet that is already claimed. We need to build our nation from the ground up, so it will take a while before we can do much on our own.

And tell us, my good sirs, what type of planet would you desire? For a limited fee, my soldiers can cleanse a planet of former intelligent life, and arrange for you to dwell on it. We have knowledge of many such planets, so we won't even charge you a fee for searching.

And for another fee, the Most Holy Principality of Roania will protect you from any and all assaults for a period of up to 100 years.

Roania: Could you not find a suitable planet with no intelligent life residing on it? We do not need to be accused of murder as our first action. If you can find such a planet for us, we will gladly accept your offer of military protection for 100 years. Unfortunately, we have only a few billion dollars at the moment, so we propose a payment over 100 years with 10% intrest. Of course, this is all dependent on how reasonable your fees are.

If that is all you need. Tirah three is an unhabited planet as long as you long as you don't mind the Tropical weather that the planet has. Its not an Temporate planet like Tirah Four is.
