From an article featured yesterday in Violenceburg Times:

This week, the Triumvirate Government of Terrible Malice declared that The Empire finally has reached stability.

The Empire has since it was started been plagued by people opposing the government committing acts of terrorism. Leader of the rebels, the editor of the illegal newspaper "Independent Freedom Weekly" has finally been captured by the Department of Citizen Control & Protection (DCCP).
"At last we can focus on keeping crime rates low and providing security for our people" says Oratha Cresto, Minister of People Enlightenment & The DCCP.

As a reaction to the newly acquired peace that has blessed the lands, a new flag symbolising the strength of the Tribunal Government have been created.

"For too long our fine nation has existed without a proper flag." says Tribunal Leader Silam Malice. "It is indeed a great thing that we at last can celebrate under a flag we are proud of."

Fashion and flag expert Jonathan van Vooter says that the colours in the new flag really communicate the strenght of the Empire's three great leaders, Silam Malice, Oratha Cresto and Vladim Viloshus.

"A celebration such as this underlines how close we have come to our goal" says Minister of Arms & the Exterior, Vladim Viloshus. In addition to providing stability in our fine nation, we have also reached a population of over 100 millions. I do not think we have far to go until we reach perfection."

This is without exception the biggest event in Terrible Malice's history since the revolution ten years ago. Although the world society did not believe that the Tribunal Government could provide the stability that the occupying colonialist failed to, the results showed today certainly proves them wrong.

From asecret meeting in The Tribunal Palace the same day:

"So, Silam. Why have you summoned us?" Oratha Cresto, Minister of People Enlightenment, was the first to say anything in the unscheduled meeting of the Triumvirate Government.

"Today is a great day, my fellow members of the Tribunal. Today we have finally captured the editor of the illegal newspaper Independent Freedom Weekly." Silam Malice, the leader of The Tribunal spoke with pride in his voice, as he had captured the devil himself.

"And this is why the meeting was called? As the leader of our military intelligence service, I already possess this information. I see no reason to summon me all the way from Maliceton just to tell me this." Vladim Viloshus, Minister of Arms & The Exterior was angered. He had been on an important mission to the northern town of Maliceton when he had been summoned to the Tribunal Palace in Viloenceburg.

"Well, my friends. We are all here now. It has been a while since the entire Tribunal have been together. When we three set out to take over these lands, we had more ambitions than this. We have become mere bureaucrats. And worse; we have become the very thing we sought to defeat. We have become criminals and corrupt!" Silam Malice talked with anger in his voice.

"I do not know what you are talking about. Crime rate in our country is zero, just as we promised our citizens. How can you say then, that our nation has become criminal and corrupt?" Oratha Cresto seemed a bit angered by Malice's statements "I am the leader of The Department of Citizen Control & Protection, and as highest ranking leader of our crime fighting system, I take your remarks quite personal, Malice. And by the way, what has this to do with the capturing of the editor?"

"Well, my friend and fellow ruler. It seems that the man opposing us the greatest had some interesting news that was quite important after all. Of course, I do not want the people to know, but I do appreciate good intelligence whenever I receive it. And when your department fail to provide it to me, I must look for it elsewhere." Malice talked with a soft, yet threatening voice. "You see, Oratha, it seems that you have been cooperating with him; providing national secrets to this editor. If not you, someone very high in your department."

Nonsense. As a member of the Tribunal and leader of our nation?s legal press, I am offended by your accusations. Who do you believe? Our most dangerous terrorist or the man who has been with you on the way to power from day one? Oratha became ever angrier with Malice.

"I see only one solution to this problem, my friend. We have to take advantage of the strength of our triumvirate government. We'll let our third man and neutral friend decide. Vladim Viloshus, I...no... both Oratha and myself expects a decision within ten days. You decide if there has been corruption, and if any of us has to resign. Do not let yourself be influenced by anything else than the evidence that is provided to you."

"Then, Oratha and Silam. You are both suspended of your duties for ten days until I make my decision. Also, the editor will be released from custody. Already I have received complaints from many countries. This man is no citizen of our nation, and he can therefore not be held prisoner here. I hereby adjourn this meeting. You are both dismissed"

Vladim turned and left the room, as he had expected this scenario when he arrived. It only remained to see if he took advantage of his new position as the only leader of the Empire.
