1. What is your geographical location?
2. How large are your armed forces?
3. Would you agree to a cessation of peace in which the Roanian military would, acting out compliance with UN Resolution #423178, would engage your pathetic people with enough ordinance to turn your entire country, and all who dwell within, into a pile of dust?
4. If your answer is no, what about a glass sheet?
5. If your answer to question 3. was yes, when would it be convenient for us to do so?

Please post a link to that resolution. Also, nuke is to defend ourtselves from fascist invaders, we have no intention to attack.

OOC - First you start with a bomb. Its cheaper then an ICBM. Oh do you use a nuclear powered submarine or a desiel? Anyway next you go and test the bomb. Then you develop ICBMs. Then from there you make a nuclear warhead, and put it on a ICBM that you know will work. If not you just get a giant rock that can go boooooooooommmmmmmmm!!!!!!!!
