Miller: People of Tobac, as you know your Brave and Noble Leader, General Pibb, Tobac's President for life, died last night. We, The Soniwaac People understand how devastating this news is to you all. What you may not know is, General Pibb, and Myself have been discussing what would become of the people of Tobac, when this day came. As you know The general and his wife, had no children to take control of Tobac, and this is not the time for an election. Tobac's Economy is in Freefall, And certain Legal, Social, and Economic changes must be inacted before we talk about a fair and open election. So to the this end, I have been Appointed by Mrs. Pibb, and My own Board of Delagates, as the temporary Viceroy of Tobac. It will be my life, to bring Tobac into the 21st Century. With your Help and support, I know I can do it. The Soniwaac and Tobacs are brothers, We may not always agree on Policy, but Brothers look out for eachother, they Help eachother, They Take care of Eachother. I am here, to take care of you.
